We had an amazing round the world trip a couple of years ago organised by Andrew Stevens at Flight Centre. Everything was great. So great that we booked another trip to Japan, Australia and South America for April next year. Unfortunately an unexpected health issues has intervened and we can’t now go. Andrew handled the return of the agreed amount of our deposit with professionalism and real care. A great travel company.

I have been using the expertise & advice of the staff at Flight Center located near the Moniment Underground station for many years. This time Saleha went out of her way to arrange a complicated journey to China for me and my wife at a reasonable price. She did a really good job indeed. I will not use any other travel agency. Jamie from Flight Centre booked flights for my son and his friend to fly to New Zealand via San Francisco and Honolulu. Included was a transfer and overnight accommodation in Auckland before a flight to Queenstown the next day. The process to check in online for each flight was smooth. All flights were on time. Price was good. Nice to know two 18 year olds were in safe hands.

Our experience with Imogen Altmann has been excellent. We have used Imogen for a few trips, and when an issue arose regarding a delay of 48 hours due to airline operational difficulties, Imogen was informative, supportive, and secured compensation. At times when issues occur, the service you receive tells you if the company and their individuals are willing to go the extra mile.
We have just recently booked our next bespoke trip with Imogen for 2026.

Big thank you to Rachel Everett at Flight Centre for organising our flights to Australia and New Zealand. Everything ran smoothly and we were reassured that she had everything organised without us having to worry about anything and offering great value for money as well. We were particularly grateful that Rachel was able to work with Air New Zealand following the cancellation of a flight from Wellington and managed to change the flight from Sydney to Brisbane at our request with no additional charges.
