Ordered item on 4/12/21 still no delivery spent more time chasing this up than it would take to do the job it's running into 12 days all I'm told that it's the Royal mail fault,been to my sorting office this morning and was told 2nd class mail is now between 1-5 days due to Xmas time I have been waiting nearly 12 days these incidents of online shopping are not worth the stress

Cannot phone the phone is never answered.
Wrong part sent incomplete order over one month wait terrible customer experience no attempt to help needed to pay two delivery charges because they sent the wrong part Avoid Avoid is my conclusion.

Hard to speak to someone, but used the online chat and spoke to Emma who was great and sorted problem out quickly, even providing her mobile number so I could send photos after all other attempts to contact the company failed.

Ordered a £5 spare part yesterday for bathroom plumbing, and it arrived early today. Good value, good quality, and the website is helpful for choosing the right product.

Absolute joke of a company AVOID! I've had an order cancelled and I haven't received notification of any refund of any sort, take your business elsewhere

If the product you order is in good condition and the right one for your needs I am sure you would give them a 5 star review. If not, however, you will probably have great difficulty in getting a refund. I urge you to persist. My many emails asking when I would receive my refund for goods they authorised me to return were ignored for over three months. I informed them I was taking them to the Small Claims Court. I have just received the £85 owed to me. Do not let them get away with their unethical, shabby practice.

Ordered one part but FTB delivered an alternative part without any prior notification and obviously not the part I had ordered or wanted. Calling Customer Service is pointless as they are still relying on the now lame and lazy COVID excuse not to answer the phones and sending an email is also pointless as they will not answer. I am now stuck with a £50 part that I didn’t order but am reluctant to return (at my expense) as, from reading previous reviews, I will not receive a refund. Their ordering and delivery process is excellent but, if you have a problem (wrong item sent), you will not be able to communicate with them and will have to send the item back and keep your fingers crossed that you will get a refund. Don’t order from FTB, as if they send the wrong item and if you send it back (at your expense), you will not be refunded.

Emailed to say stock levels were incorrect and gave later date . Then another later date which then offered a refund , refund did take about 5 days & two emails but to be fair it’s tough times all round in the industry and I would use them again as and when needed .

Requested a refund and returned items that I'd bought.
Despite sending 2 emails, I've never had a response.
The telephone goes to an answer machine with a message - "send us an email, we endeavour to respond within 2 days".
The Covid excuse for bad customer service is wearing a little thin!!!

Awful! Ordered a part on the 21st May and money was taken. Never received the item and no reply to emails or phone calls. They should be shut down.

I ordered spare parts from the company in 20 May 21 - cost of spares taken immediately (normal). However, not received goods. I have rang at least 6 times sent 5 emails but had no response. Their message was send email and we will respond within 48 hrs!! Still no response- very disappointed.

Rubbish. Part never arrived. Contacted them numerous times with no reply. They have my money and I have nothing.

Bought a Hozelock kit with mechanical timer for £32.67 but it arrived without the timer rendering it unfit for the intended purpose. Have sent two emails to Fixthebog with no response.

I bought a couple of bits for irrigation in the garden
For some reason post office could not deliver them, although they were small enough to fit through letterbox
The PO returned them to the supplier
This was 6 weeks ago, i have tried on numerous occasions e mail and phone and get no response

This company is appalling. It is using COVID as an excuse not to answer phone calls. Judging by reviews if you get the product you need and it is not faulty then all is well. But if, like me, you are authorised a return, which I have proof of delivery for, they keep that AND your money. I have emailed numerous times and received and received absolutely no response. I will be pursuing through the smaller claim court and hope they are swamped with claimants. Shoddy company.

I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with this company.
Appalling customer service. Appreciating that due to covid there might by administrative delays I would still expect much better communication. Having taken several weeks trying to get a response regarding returning an item I eventually got a reply and authorisation to return together with a post paid return label. I duly returned the item and, 6 weeks later, am still waiting for my refund. Have made numerous attempts to contact them by various means, but heard absolutely nothing.
USE THIS COMPANY ONLY IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

They are now in receipt of returned parts and my money!

Looking at the reviews, this is 'Par for the course!'

Bought a 3 port valve for my C/H, it failed within the 3 year warranty. They sent me a prepaid returns so I sent it back over 2 weeks ago, now they will not respond at all to any email or messages left. They are trying to scam me out of my £38, we will see. You have been warned, read all the reviews on here. Trading Standards here we come.

Trading Standards are a waste of time don't bother, use Small Claims, worked for me.
