Excellent customer service from Oli. I emailed with a issue about my toilet flush and Oli replied quickly and was able to guide us with the right replacement. All I had to do was describe the issue, send a few pics and confirm the sizes. Once ordered, item was sent out quickly and problem all fixed. Highly recommend and big thanks to Oli!

Bought an expensive toilet seat that was chipped on opening clearly from the manufacturer, one call to plumbin bits and within 2 minutes the order was found and a replacement sent which I received the following morning.

Ok what can I say about Plumbinit!

We first brought the wrong toilet seat they helped us find the correct one, when this was delivered the seat had broke due to the delivery company throwing it over the back fence.
I called plumbinit to explain they provided the best care and support and I cannot thank Oli enough for everything he did to help us.

and still they attempt to deny responsibility!
their policy is an "unfair term or condition".
i sent photos immediately i discovered that the item was broken. (see my original review.)

Never answer the phone.
I ordered and paid for a Royal Mail delivery, but they send me an Evri tracking number. This guarantees my order will go missing for ages and need to be refunded.
Why do companies do this?

Updated - Did respond promptly when contacted via website email form, and corrected the shipping. Claimed I had selected Evri shipping, which I know I had not. Maybe was a website problem as Evri has now moved position in the list of shipping options during checkout. Upgraded by one star.

Great service! Required a part for a 25 year old toilet. Plumbinbits had what I needed and it arrived the next day! Sorted!

PlumbinBits, are hands down one of the best online services I've used in 2025.
Great value, fine customer service and top quality products. I made an error when initially ordering a part, no issue. I was informed I'd have to return the item in original packaging for a full refund. I ordered my replacement part which was delivered within the required time frame, then my refund was processed and completed in full. I would highly recommend this family owned business above the usual high street outlets. Might I add that if you need your part super urgently, pay the higher fee, they dont do deliveries personally, it's a 3rd party and we all know couriers get a bad rep. Like Arnie said "I'll be back!"

I ordered a piece for my bathroom and paid an extra £5.50 for next day delivery. They failed to meet this obligation and are refusing for refund the premium £5.50 that I paid. Please just don't trust their next day promise!

I ordered a toilet flushing unit and it was delivered very quickly. However, I then found that my neighbour, who was going to fit it had also ordered the same unit. I returned the item on Monday by Royal Mail and today (Wednesday) received an email to say the full price had been refunded to my account. Excellent service and would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Found "PlumbinBits" after a search on the net for a part I was looking for. The whole purchase process could not be faulted from Price, communication and delivery. The bits arrived by Royal Mail Delivery after two days!

We ordered a Roca toilet seat Wednesday morning and it was delivered Thursday morning. We ordered online and the process was very easy, and at a very competitive price. Can’t thank you enough for the excellent service.

Order some parts, they have never arrived. I have tried to contact them several times. I can seem to get any response, they don’t pick up the phone or reply to emails.
