I should have checked the reviews. Initially seemed so helpful on helping me to replace a broken part I was struggling to find an equivalent for. Responded quickly on WhatsApp and recommended a part. It isn't right and (surprise) they're just no longer interested and messages are not responded to. Total waste of my time and money. Such a shame as up until the part wasn't right, I thought they were great.

Fix the Bog made refund for incorrect part very speedily and without hassle. Should recommend this Company for plumbing supplies.

Ordered replacement flush valve. It arrived in a couple of days and seems to be ok but I should have checked other suppliers as it was available significantly cheaper on other websites (on Amazon it was half the price I paid , but I try to avoid that tax evading beast)

Terrible customer service.Anytime you ring the number even in peak times there's an answerphone message advising that the lines are closed.I've been trying to obtain a refund for a while now and sent a WhatsApp and email with no response whatsoever.Quick to take your money but nonexistent and terrible customer service.Will never shop with them again

I recently contacted Fixthe bog as I was having difficulty in amending the flow size of a replacement dual flush valve.
The customer service I received from Olivia was outstanding. She replied the same day, Unfortunately I still couldn't alter the small flush (mainly because I didn't want to use too much force for fear of breaking it), hence emailed her back.
Two days later I received a further email saying she had contacted Fluidmaster (the manufacturer) directly for their help.
I am pleased to say that my issue is now resolved (it simply was a case of more force!) but wanted to give Olivia some well deserved praise for going that extra mile to help me.
BTW - delivery was super quick also 😊

Sent the return request and was informed that they would approve it within 48 hours. However, no responses from them after 60 hours. Very poor customer service.

I didnt buy from them straight away because I wanted parts quickly, I WhatsApp in there 2-4 hour reply window.

No reply that day and after seeing the reviews I can see why. They are also all over ebay so I have to wonder how legit they are or is it just a garage business?

Terrible company to deal with as they never respond to the email or WhatsApp.
Don't buy anything from them or deal with this company, as they don't deserve to get a zero-star rating.
Utterly disappointed!!

Needed a part overnight, and there it was!

Use another company

Sent an altwrmative product, paid for next day and received item 4 days later, don't answer the phone.

Website doesn't work properly. Don't answer the 'phone. Don't call back. Frustrating to deal with. Go to a company that is customer focused.

Should have looked at the reviews on here before buying from these guys.

"Contact us" options is email, what's app or call them.

They don't answer their phones, and it takes them 4+ hours to reply via what's app.

The period of which they " are available by what's app is 10:00-13:00 which is also a bit of a joke.

All the reviews talking about their back order process are pretty much on the money with my experience here.

Avoid if you're in a hurry and got work to do.

Ordered a part they emailed immediately saying the part had been put on a 6/10 day back order, I requested cancellation and received an immediate reply stating the item had been dispatched..trouble is I ordered from somewhere else after they informed me that it was on a 6/10 day back order.. not good won’t use again

I needed a QT cistern washer for my Ideal Standard Toilet which was leaking. I paid extra for the 24 hr delivery and the part was promptly delivered early the next afternoon ensuring my toilet was quickly fixed. Mine is a modern house so has four toilets so I placed an order for some spares for any future leaks and even using the standard postage the parts were delivered within 48hrs. Very happy with the quick and prompt service I have received from this company, Fix The Bog and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing parts I need. Thank you.

Ordered came 2 days later- excellent

Definitely I don't recommend this this ,I paid extra money for fast delivery 2 to 3 working days after 4 days I contacted them to find out where is my order . I have been told 6 to 10 working days. Really dodge company

Avoid at all costs!! Ordered two parts on the same day. One was received (cheaper part) and one wasn’t. They said to wait a couple more days which I did. But now they have ghosted me, not answering emails, messages, calls. Scam company stay away!

Bad service only partially refunded with a nonsense excuse! Will take this legal!

Unbelievable bad company !!!!!

Order a shower part only a small plastic bracket, paid for next day delivery four days later NO part , NO reply to emails. A waste of space GO else where.
