The cleaners did an excellent job, especially on the cooker. The upholstery cleaning also very good . So big thank you and will use you again in future.

We booked First for Cleaning as we were moving out of our flat which required a professional clean, my girlfriend met them at the property and called me as they would not start the clean without payment up front as they said that some people don't pay them, in hindsight this should have told me everything I needed to know, however I advised my girlfriend to pay them upfront big mistake!!

As we had already moved out of the property they shut the door when they left and I only saw the property a couple of days later when doing the check out. They had not fully cleaned the oven, there was residue in the kitchen sink, water stains left on the glass in the shower and a few cobwebs where not dusted off.

I contacted Clyde at First for Clean who rather than wanting to resolve the issues was very defensive and said that they had done what they had been paid to do. He would not offer a refund and would not even go back to the property to put right what they had not cleaned.

We now have to pay for another cleaner so that we can get our deposit back.

There are so many good cleaning companies out there so avoid these at all costs, they are slap dash cowboys who should be called Last for Cleaning not First for Cleaning.

The team did a great job. Very professional, clean and tidy. They exceeded our expectations and I would definitely use them again.

I have had other cleaners before but this was value for money .The oven was in a dreadful condition and they worked wonders with it. All the other work was completed to our satisfaction.

Please do not use this company and please do not believe any of the positive reviews as they are fake. This company charge £135 for 'deep cleaning' for 3 hours and their cleaners turn up without any cleaning products or equipment & just do a very basic clean, using whatever you may have in your cupboard, for half the time they are booked for. They do not steam clean, clean skirting boards or windows etc like is advertised. This is just a general clean that I could do better myself - I have paid £135 for a terrible clean and will now have to find another company to do the job. When you try to call to complain, Clyde, the guy running it is super rude and unprofessional and just says he will call you back but never does, he doesn't reply to emails and basically is a scam artist. ***BE WARNED***

We had a professional oven clean and steam cleaning of all our carpets. the job was done professionally and price was competitive.

Their cleaning service is great but they are terrible at responding. They send you a receipt via whatapp/text and when you request them to send you an invoice via e-mail no answer.
They charge for a minimum of 3 hours but when the you tell them they came for 2 their excuse is 'oh sorry they are meant to stay for 3 hours and usually the customer should call the agency and let them know'

When I tried to call the agency no answer.

Extremely unprofessional and forget the refund that will never come. I would rather pay a little extra but a more professional company.

Dodgy guy and company. Please be aware.

I paid for an end of tenancy cleaning. Because Firstforcleaning did not do a good cleaning, we had to pay for another company to clean!!!!!!
Avoid!!!!

Fantastic job done by cleaners. Arrived on time, explained the things going to be covered for deep cleaning and done it superbly.

Will highly recommend and hire them again!
