We had deep clean plus carpets and upholstery cleaning.The team worked very hard were very contentious.... great job guys!

A HUGE thank you to First For Cleaning who totally saved my bacon this weekend, after I knocked a large window box off the window sill in my office, and poured sodden wet soil all over the offices brand new carpet!!

I'm very grateful to Clyde who answered the phone at 7pm on a Friday evening and arranged for Amir to be with me in as little as 2-3 hours.

Unfortunately, disaster struck again when the main entrance to my office block locked us out and so when Amir arrived on time, we couldn't get in!

I am so grateful to Amir who offered to come all the way back again the following morning first thing, when security were back at work and able to let me in.

The soil was cleared up in as little as 15 minutes, leaving it good as new! I'm very confident my boss will never know it even happened.

Thank you to Clyde and Amir who did a perfect job and were very accommodating, helpful and kind!

The “owner” CLYDE, is EXTREMELY rude, he sounds nice at first but he is all about getting hold of your money.
I was more than happy to pay a deposit of £35 but when he kept emphasising the fact that the remaining balance HAD to be paid on ARRIVAL, I became very suspicious and came onto trust pilot to find other reviews. There were lots of positive reviews however there was a significant number of negative reviews also.
When the cleaner texted me, I made it clear that I was more than happy to pay the remaining £90 however on condition that it would be AFTER the work was done as I didn’t want to deal with any issues the next day. The cleaner contacted Clyde and Clyde was on the phone to me within half a second, he has no integrity and was EXTREMELY rude in manner. This was his chance to prove that he wasn’t running a dodgy cleaning service and he totally failed. Yes, he’s taken my £35 deposit which he made very clear that he wouldn’t give back, however I’m so glad I didn’t spend another penny on this poor excuse for a human. I’ve saved myself a lot of money, time and problems. Crooks like these will never be successful in life if they continue to rip off hard working people. Such a shame, he’s actually missed out on a lot of good business that I would have sent in his direction.

mine was a very last minute request for a pre-tenancy clean.
Clyde was able to help me and had someone to me within a couple of hours with no drama or fuss.
the work done was very high quality and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

Terrible Experience.. Was told that I had to pay in advance which I had no problem doing so, but the two ladies that I had to pick up from the station had the WORST attitude possible and really did not want to clean at all.. they were due to work a full day and when there was still 2 hours to go before the end of the day, they had decided that they had had enough and wanted to go, I argued that I should not have to pay for the extra 2 hours but was told that I should have refused for them to leave, why would I want someone in my house working who does not want to work. ended up spending £1000 with Pristine cleaning services London Ltd and wouldn't use anyone else..

Unbelievable work, had abandoned property, tenant left it in a terrible state, these cleaners sorted it out in no time at all. Outstanding level of service.

This is the second time we have had one off cleaning on our 4 bed house. On both occasions the cleaning was thorough and professional.

Bad bad bad .... don't waste your money with this substandard so called cleaning company. Company owner turned up with his parents to do a total house clean .... charged us £300!! for a job that ended up having to be totally cleaned throughout again by ourselves. The owner came back to rectify some areas but still not up to standard. Would not even negotiate a refund or even partial refund saying "we don't do refunds" .... no they just take your money and run. A 5 year old could have done a better job!!
