Fireplacesaver Recensioni

Highly recommend Fireplace Saver, very knowledge and helpful always willing to answer any queries.Karl the fitter was very punctual, and his work was exemplary and helped with the bespoke design of the media wall with his experience, also he was extremely clean and tidy in his work plus a great lad who answered all questions during the construction.

We decided to have a 14 foot media wall with alcoves put into our living kitchen with space for 75 inch TV and soundbar. We had various quotes with some very high prices but found Fireplacesaver on Facebook who were extremely competitive on pricing. After reading the reviews on Trustpilot we decided to go for the Fireze 1800 package, although we were still little anxious going with a company that was £3k cheaper than some of the quotes.

We should never have been worried; from our first enquiry with Aaron and later Harry, all our fears were allayed with their customer focused service and professionalism. We were given virtual video tours of the products and styles and date arranged to start the work. They also recommended the right bracket for the tv.

They sent Carl the fitter who was able to start the work a day early and was nothing other than amazing. From helping us decide on a final design to tidying up absolutely everything after he has completed the joinery he was a joy to have at home (even if he does support Leeds!!). So friendly and such a skilful craftsman, nothing was too much trouble removing and refitting our TV as part of the work.

Tom came in the following day to do the plastering and again completed the job in a tidy and professional manner.

All that's left behind is debris and timber to take to local tip and then for you to get it painted and add any extras like backlighting your TV etc.

We hadn't realised the media wall business is a really competitive market and finding the right installer is so important. All I can say is that you will not go far wrong with this company and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very professional, very helpful and I love my firewall.

I can highly recommend this company from start to finish their professionalism has exceeded our expectations. Our media wall looks absolutely fabulous. So we would like to thank Rob in the sales office for explaining the whole process from start to finish and steering us in the right direction in our choice of fire. Mo and Soran the fitters who have created our dream and put their heart and soul into making it happen, they never stopped and went above and beyond to put everything back as it was you were a pleasure to have in our home thank you so much . great jobs lads .❤️

Brilliant service from this company. Special mention to Rob who explained everything from start to finish and kept me updated with the order process. Great attention to detail on the media wall, everything went so smoothly. Will definitely be recommending this company to others!!

Well what can I say. Exceptional service from start to finish. My first enquiry via email asking about a media wall was answered quickly & with good information. We then visited the showroom where we were met by Harry who was extreme, knowledgeable & polite giving us time to make our decision. But to be honest how great the service was made us decide there & then with the purchase of a media wall. The fitters arrived on time completed the job as stated. They went above & beyond even skimming our old fireplace that I had blocked up. Mo moved a brushed steal socket for me too & even went to screwfix & purchased a matching light switch for the media wall lights. When everything was completed he was not happy with the location of the tv in the wall as the gap at the top was slightly bigger. This actually meant he he’d to move the whole tv bracket up a fraction. He did this so it was spot on & centered. A great job well done on time by a brilliant team. I would strongly recommend this company & fitters. Thanks guys we love it.
