5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Absolutely Thrilled With Our Media Wall!

I’ll admit, I was a little dubious when I first paid the deposit, as the price seemed almost too good to be true. But I can honestly say I had absolutely nothing to worry about!

Simon, who built our media wall, contacted us a couple of days before installation to confirm timings. He arrived promptly and worked incredibly hard all day, managing to complete the entire build in just one day!

He was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Before starting, he took the time to go through the design with us, discussing everything from the TV height to the alcove height and depth of the wall, making sure we were happy with every detail.

He tidied up after himself and, once finished, checked that the TV and soundbar were all connected and working properly. He also explained the next steps and even took the time to show us how to use the fire, which was a lovely touch.

Darren, the plasterer, arrived the following day and was equally fantastic. He worked so hard to get everything finished to a great standard and gave us really helpful advice on how long to leave the plaster before painting and how best to prepare it.

I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience, from start to finish. Both Simon and Darren were professional, hardworking and clearly take pride in what they do.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new media wall! I’m so glad we decided to go ahead with it, and it was worth every penny. Fantastic workmanship, excellent service and amazing value for money.

Would 100% recommend!

Simon who fitted this all on his own did a great job .two days then on the third the plasterers came did a great job too. They all cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed with my media wall.seems to good to be true at the price i payed. Some places wanted treble the price i payed , and i even up graded my fire. Thanks so much. I would recommend fireplace savers to everyone .

Highly recommend
A professional and quality job done by Karl and Darren at a very reasonable price

Absolute pleasure doing business with them, front start to finish.
Stress free and reliable.
Fitting was completed by John and Jojo who did their job diligently, professionally and politely, they made no mess.
Highly recommend - great experience.

Brilliant customer service and installation from start to finish , concerned as pricing so reasonable but not to worry as quality of media wall, fire & fitters was outstanding

My husband contacted this company (originally dealt with Harry) & explained what we would like - all contact was made either by WhatsApp and phone - my husband sent photos of the wall via WhatsApp as we don't live in the area.
The media wall was fitted by Karl on the agreed date who did a fantastic job on fitting our media wall. He kept checking with us that we were happy with the frame work he was doing before going on to the next step and was more than happy to tweak if needed.
Darren did a fantastic job of the plastering and the job was completed as agreed.
We cannot recommend this company highly enough for the service we received from them.
Malcolm and Lorraine

After looking at various companies. I came across fireplace saver and I’m so glad I did. They were super helpful on the phone and the fitter Mo was great and gave me options regarding design, we are really pleased with our media wall now it’s fitted

Cannot recommend this company highly enough…began speaking with them Sept last year ahead of a house move and today, we have the living room makeover that we wanted although the finished product far exceeds our expectations. The two fitters today, Simon and Russ worked tirelessly for 10 hours to complete the job in one day and the standard of work is of the highest order.

11/10 service thank you Adam and Mo for the beautiful media wall and professional installation. The firez 1800 slimline looks beautiful and has changed the living room with the media wall

From start to finish FireplaceSaver were superb great customer service, the hand built fires are excellent and the Media wall install guys are second to none highly impressed with their skills, cleanliness and overall professionalism.
I would highly recommend the whole process to anyone.

From initial contact with Harry the sales person to the completed project has been flawless. Harry was so helpful identifying the size of the fire and what size TV would look the best for the size of the wall. Payment was easy, straight forward and secure. The installation day arrived and Simon and Russ arrived to install the media wall, these guys are a credit to the company as they were so polite and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them even when we made a minor change to the design they smiled and got on with it. They cleared up every evening and even went to the trouble of helping me set up the TV and soundbar. Day 3 arrived and unfortunately Daz the plasterer was so poorly we have to put the work back a day. Day 4 saw a poorly Daz arrive to ensure the work was completed in time to meet the planned follow up works. Daz is an extremely good plasterer and again nothing was too much trouble the work has been completed as planned and we are so happy we decided to go with fireplace saver. I would highly recommend them.

Have just had media wall unit installed tv/fire place. Cannot express what a great job that has been done by Karl the fitter and Darren the plasterer great friendly guys and cleaned up after them, not that they made much mess.
A big thankyou to Fireplacesaver, I will thoroughly recommend you 👌

Effective communication with Adams. Timely delivery and completion.

Downloaded a brochure one evening as was considering a media wall. Received a sales call and my queries were answered. I didn’t want a large one or much of my room taken up.
The phone call provided me with answers to my queries and measurements so we booked for installation.
The guys were great. Clearly knew exactly what the were doing and did a very professional job.
Can’t find a fault to be fair even if I tried.

Great service really happy

We had been thinking of having a media wall for a while now. I contacted them and Harry was good. Went through the options and was really patient 🤣 we arranged for work to start this week after ordering the bracket for the TV. Karl got in touch the night before to run through what to expect for fitting. He arrived Wednesday morning. He worked hard Wednesday and Thursday despite not feeling well. I kept him topped up with coffee and bacon sarnies. He finished Thursday and nipping back on Monday. Darren arrived this morning as promised to plaster! They have both done a fabulous job! Nice guys to work with and delivered as promised! Well done guys!

This company is excellent. From my initial discussions to the superb tradesmen who completed the work, everything was great. The guys arrived on time, worked tirelessly with expertise, cleaned up and produced a media wall with fire that was exactly what I wanted. Could not be more pleased.

I would highly recommend this company from start to finish the service has been excellent.
Answered all my questions in a polite and professional manner . The fitters were extremely respectful of my carpets and floors by putting down plastic sheets, they also moved the furniture.
The end result is exactly what I asked for very happy
