Fireplacesaver Recensioni

Fantastic service- really happy with our new media wall purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for Harry who fielded every one of my several thousand questions. Mo and the team of installers work incredibly hard and the finished product was immaculate. Tidiest tradesmen who've ever been in. Using sticky dust sheets everywhere the place is actually cleaner than when the job started! Highly recommend.

Great service straight from the off, lots of advice about fire & TV & the fitters were absolutely amazing, went above & beyond, very clean & tidy nothing too much trouble they even fixed my leaking radiator and swapped a plug socket for me of there own accord. Highly recommend

Hi Aaron, just wanted to say that's our media wall all fitted & the plasterers were here today to finish it all off. I'm absolutely delighted with it, everything from start to finish was stress free and the finished article is phenomenal 👏 The workmanship was of such a high standard, Barry & the plasterers arrived when they said they would, got straight to work & tidied up afterwards explaining everything that was done & demonstrating the fire & everything behind the TV. Loads of communication from yourself, from Barry before, during and after the fit, and from Stevie & Fraser for the plasterwork today. I would 100% recommend to others without hesitation. Thanks again to you all.

Saw these guys on pininterest, I got in touch n told them my vision, they understood the assignment, came all the way from Bradford to Market Drayton and delivered first class service. My lounge looks amazing. Thanks guys for your professional service from the start to the end

From first contact the team at Fireplacesaver have been great. I dealt with Harry and he was very quick to respond and answer any questions I had. He was also very helpful in planning which fire place would be best and how the work would be completed.
The work was them completed by Mo and his colleague. Both very friendly and the quality of work is exceptional. Regularly checked with me as he was building the fire place and ensured we were happy with the style. Very tidy as they went and very nice guys!

From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. No question was too much for Harry, and he answered very quickly. Mo and his team were excellent, polite, helpful and were perfectionist’s.. they did an amazing job , nothing was too much trouble, friendly, really hard workers and didn’t stop. Took the time to show us how it all worked. Left my living room spotless!! Fully recommend

Excellent company, Aaron was very friendly and responsive with his messages and phone calls.
The fitters were just amazing, attention to detail, polite, respectful, cleaned up after themselves every day. They were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Would happily have them back. Thanks guys.

Excellent communication. Professional friendly fitters. Cannot fault the service. Thank you

Fantastic service, seamless from start to finish. Left everything in Aaron’s hands and everything went to plan! Great company!

Could not be happier with the whole process from start to finish. Aaron was so helpful in giving advice on styles and sizes and despite the fact that they are in Bradford and I'm in Maidstone, the customer service was as if I'd actually been in the showroom in person. There was a slight hiccup with the size of fireplace that was initially delivered (due to me changing the order) but Harry was able to ensure that this was all resolved and with the highest priority in time for the fitters to work their magic! So happy with the end result and the finish is incredibly clean considering the plastering that the job requires. Thanks so much!

Great attentive customer care from start to finish. Aaron was great throughout, And the installation team were also great, what a thoroughly accomplished job very pleased with everything and would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent customer service from the very first message to the day our media wall was installed. Aaron constantly kept us up to date and couldn’t have been more helpful. Then the fitters who came listened to exactly what we wanted and were fantastic. Would 100% recommend!

Brilliant service throughout the process. Harry from the showroom was very responsive, answered all my questions and kept me updated. Mo and his team of fitters are very talented and did a accurate clean job, and again answered any questions I had. I will be recommending to others and using again.
