This was a terrible mistake to get…
This was a terrible mistake to get involved with. All of my accounts were affected, if the ones that were not included. Cards I needed to keep had the limited lowered to the point that the balances created a worse credit score than ever thought of. My credit is now ruined and I am unable to do anything. Also if you decide to cancel the program, you don't get any of your money back, making it even harder to get ahead. DONT DO IT.

I received a pre-approved offer for a…
I received a pre-approved offer for a debt consolidation. I was contacted by Elyson Pagayonan to review my information. I am on top of my finances, don't miss payments, etc. but had an emergency that made my credit cards go up. So, instead of debt consolidation they offered debt settlement services. I said I was not interested in debt settlement, but debt consolidation and they pretty much hung up on me. I think this is what they regularly do, so be very careful.

Update since I have been in this…
Update since I have been in this program- Still going as planned and I get constant updates with a portal that tracks my progress monthly. Had to skip one payment, but Finance Solutions has been accommodating. Total scam
Total scam. They sent a letter stating preapproved for consolidation loan then when contacted said we didn’t qualify and tried to get us to use their other services. Cannot trust these people

Great experience so far
We've been working with Robert Trontz and have had a great experience so far. He's been very open and honest about the process and all the considerations and potential impacts. He's displayed patience in answering all of our questions and we feel like we have a good partner on our side to guide us through this journey. At times there were a few "salesy" moments, but I guess that's to be expected. For anyone considering this option I would recommend doing your own research beforehand so you know what questions to ask and are familiar with all the costs and potential tax implications, as they are important.
