Tom was absolutely amazing in helping me make a decision on consolidation, he never once made me feel like i was beneath him, he treated me with respect and kindness. I never once felt like a number to him but actually a real person.

Jared Matthews was kind and very patient. I was petrified going into this debt consolidation because everyone I know told me this was a bad idea. But I found out that if you follow their plan as they outline it, you will see results. I haven’t shared my experience with anyone yet. I’m waiting until most if not all the debt has been settled before telling people, especially my family.
I am very anxious to get these creditors gone and my phone to stop ringing constantly but I also know that they will do what it takes to do it right. Thank you, Jared and the whole team for following through with one creditor at a time.

Too good to be true...I cant imagine how you can settle off debt with just a minuscule of your payment going to your savings account, I pay $800/month, only $50 is going to my savings, $750 fees.
I called and stop the program within 3 months. I opted for Debt Management Plan (DMP) instead, it will stop collection calls, where almost 100% of your payment is going to you your creditors for payment.
Please google the difference between DMP and Debt Settlement.

I wanted to take some time to thank Finance Solutions for helping me escape from this never ending interest cycle I was in with these credit cards and loans and even more importantly, I want to thank Joshua Marling! This gentleman has been a life saver and amazing to work with. I've been in this option a little over a year and a half now and Joshua and his company have done everything they said they would and more throughout this entire process. He STILL answers my calls/emails to this day which is unheard of in an industry as big as this and it is extremely reassuring to know he's a man of his word. Finance Solutions have settled out 5 of my credit cards already over the past year and a half for no less than 50% of what I owe (not to mention all the money I am saving in interest) I see some reviews on here saying they think this option is a scam or a bait and switch but I have to say in my opinion those people aren't open minded to every option available and probably aren't being realistic to what options are actually available to them in their current situation.

So far I have been very pleased with the customer service and prompt resolutions I have received with Finance Solutions. Derek McMullen has been a pleasure to work with and I will be referring my friends to him in the future. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to reach my first settlement. I am getting closer to financial freedom and it really hasn't taken much effort on my part, I'm not sure why more people are not jumping on this opportunity.

I was in a rough spot financially. I reached out and Javid Hyder was able to help me find a solution that fit my situation.

I signed up almost 10 months ago and I had a question today. I reached back out and Javid was willing to help me out still.

He has been s to provide excellent customer service even after I already signed up.

Should have done this years ago! Every single contact I have had has been handled in a friendly, patient way that makes the difficult reality of needing a service like this feel like I wish I would have done it much earlier in life. I can't thank everyone I have dealt with enough!

Destiny was super friendly and upbeat, and made the whole process of having to do this far less stressful.I had no idea of getting rid of credit cards when I first called to find out what this was all about, so her sales pitch is on point too!

I have spoken with Amery Woz and she is my Representative and she has really helped to get my finances bk on track and gave me good solutions to take one of the best people to talk too and so courteous and mannerly alwsys willing to answer talk laugh feels like I hv known her for years thanks again Amery

So far so great!!!
I have never been in the financial position I found myself in after my divorce and I first contacted Financial Solutions to inquire about my options.
I chose them because of the programs they provide and the outside programs they support.
After multiple attempts to reach back to me, I finally called them back. I was grateful they continued to reach out to me because the person that I responded to deserves 5 stars, a raise and a vacation!
She took the necessary time to understand my position, listen to my concerns and continues providing friendly and professional service.
She has explained everything to me, answering any questions I had, and makes sure I'm comfortable with and understand every step of the process.
Whether I call or email with additional inquires, she's always been available to me.
l'm still new in the program and I will provide a follow-up review of the 'after'.
