Just got a call from Finance Solutions. Someone presumably of high ranking called to follow up, I get that... HOWEVER, literally two seconds after I said "I'm good, thank you! "It went silent and he hung up on me. Maybe learn the bare minimum of phone etiquette. That's all.

What makes this company 5 stars? Customer service!! It is hard to find a company that listens to you. They found a solution that works for me and walked me through it. They were knowledgeable and understanding. I am glad I made the call.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michael Spinelli over the last 6 + months and I must say I don’t know what I’d do without him. He is very, very helpful, knowledgeable, always happy to assist and very empathetic to this very trying time. Michael always follows-up and always sure all your questions are answered. If I were to ever hire anyone who I had 100% trust in, he would be the man.

Noone will answer the phone, reply to emails, or facebook messages. This is a cover company that promises to pay off your credit cards immediately but then has you sign a contract with another company stating you will default for at least 6 months while they are actually working on credit resolutions strategies not debt consolidation. When they know you are on to them they will completely ghost you. I have called multiple different numbers, sent emails, sent facebook messages, reported them to the BBB and still no one will contact me.

It was a scary thought getting started, with the help of Justin
Schiano seeing me through I am comfortable with the program. He
always gets back to me if he is not available (even called when out of the office) His explanation of the process is beyond great and after
my first settlement,I was ready to celebrate. Thank you Justin for all your help and patience

We had problems setting some aspect of the program, but they have been resolved. Customer Service helped to get the portal open. Bret has been helpful as much as he could.

Brett Hancock was very business-like but friendly. Answered all my questions and was prompt in returning calls. Every step has been thoroughly explained. I would have no problem with referring anyone to him if they are in need of a financial consultant.

Connor Ventura has been great with me! He has made this an easy process and given me hope that I can be done with debt!

I had the most amazing professional gentleman who called me and worked with me through all of my questions, several phone calls and emails, making sure I understood completely exactly, in detail, what the company could do to help me. Benjamin Piraneo​, Financial Consultant for Finance Solutions, answered every question, addressed ALL of my concerns with understanding, never got frustrated with me taking so long to decide (about a week of calls and questions). He was patient and even made me feel like I was doing the right thing by asking so many questions. This is a huge decision. I felt completely comfortable. Though I did find a more viable solution for my specific needs in the end, this company offers wonderful solutions for those who simply cannot get ahead or feel like they are drowning. Life happens. Expenses happen. Sometimes, survival depends on risking it. This company offers several options to fit your personal situation and if Mr. Piraneo represents all those who work for Finance Solutions, then I can comfortably state you would be in good hands. Take a chance, it costs nothing to speak to them.

I desperately needed a solution for my finances and the information I received from this company stood out. Honestly, I was unsure if options and possibilities existed for my circumstances. I was pleasantly surprised after the process was explained - it became obvious this was the best and only choice for me.

Most importantly, Vincent properly explained the process! He is patient and genuinely concerned about my experience. For me, this choice is a much better alternative than bankruptcy which I, unfortunately, have experienced. Conversation with Vincent feels like communicating with a friend and I would suggest his service to all.

On a side note, I looked at some of the low star reviews, and can't help wonder, "Who Ties Your Shoes?"!! We got ourselves into a bad situation with credit and the objective is to get out of the situation ultimately both improving credit and getting out of debt. Not a complimentary free service but we have a choice.

Justin Schiano is very easy and professional to work with. He made the debt consolidation process less scary, I definitely had my doubts. So far the program has been phenomenal and everything is made simple and clear for me. They really do put a lot of time and care into this program, and live up to their promises. It was not what I expect, they just want you to pay to them and they will send the payment to your credit card principal. it doesn't make sense.

Amazing customer service! Brett was able to help us out and he is always in communication making sure our needs are met.

My situation is simple, I was laid off work. Unfortunately had many medical bills that I had to pay with credit cards. Fortunately I was able to find employment fast, but I took a major pay cut. Leaving me with debt that I just could not afford to keep making payments and provide for my family at the same time. I had contacted Zach Wilson, he has been great. He helped me come up with a solution to my situation. More than willing to help in any way possible. I would highly recommend Zach to anyone who needs assistance.

Before I applied to Clay Advisors I was in a dark place and didnt know what I was going to do. My finances were a mess and I had to choose whether to pay credit cards or eat at times. I recieved the flyer and hesitantly filled it out unsure if it would even help. I ended up speaking with Matthew LeMay who was very friendly and understanding. He didnt judge me on my poor choices nor did he make me feel worse about them. In fact he calmy explained to me what he could do and has managed to get me $500 in savings a month. I informed Matthew that I was upset because I have no family and cannot make friends cause I was working so many hours to stay a float. I recieved a Christmas card from him and it filled my heart knowing he actually cared. I am thankful the Lord allowed me to speak to him as he is a geniune life saver.
