I haven’t heard back , I rang almost 4 weeks ago, and spoke to Richard who I got on over the phone with really well , seemed really quite genuine , was asked to provide all of everything that was income related..handed all my documents in to be told , okay we should know within a week if iva or debt management plan is more suitable....and that was that, now I have missed this months payments as I asked him is this okay to do? So he replied on the messaging portal yes that’s okay to do, and now I’m more stuck than ever, the stress has hit the roof and I’m hearing nothing about an iva?? What is this company about? I will update if needed but unfortunately right now this is all I have to offer on my review

Update, heard back and hopefully this is going to get on track will change up the stars when it’s set in stone

Although my situation is small compared to what you normally deal with to me it is huge, and from the moment I spoke with Javid Hyder I have been put at ease. He has walked me through the process, kept me informed, always has the time to answer any questions and like I said even though my situation is small, Javid has never made me feel anything less than his priority.

Sketchy. Zero professionalism. "Our reviews are better than Disneyland"...oh really? Seems like fake reviews sprinkled in with real and NEGATIVE reviews. Save yourself the time because this isn't the right route to take if you're worried about debt. Anastasia will send you rude, pushy e-mails that are meant to manipulate you before passing your info onto some other dudes. The first guy wasn't so bad but sent me reviews to this site which quite funny since this is the only place you can find reviews and most are fake. Another guy called today and was so unbelievably rude. I, a possible customer, am not playing games by being wary of a possible scam. Do NOT trust these people. Go to a financial advisor or attorney if you need help with your debt or you can get debt consolidation loans through accredited and trusted credit unions or banks. Thankfully I'm smart enough not to jump into things because they look good on the surface or I'm certain I would've ended up in a worse spot. I regret even looking into it in the first place.

These reviews specifically stating an employees name are fake. They dont show the entire process, just the initial customer service. Everything will seem great until they completely mishandle you as a client and you end up with your wages garnished and court summons.

Darius Zeynali has been with me every step of the way. He always answer his phone calls or emails. And always has the correct answer for your questions. He’s the absolute Best !!!! I’m glad to have someone like Darius in my corner.

I just started the programs I’m looking forward to getting my finances cleared but I wanted to say that the customer service that I receive from Javid Hyder is EXCELLENT! He’s always there for me and gets back to my emails right away. I can’t thank him enough!

If you want to have your debt negotiated or settled, go to a legitimate attorney, financial ADVISOR, or just stop paying your cards and the creditors will work with you. Whether you stop paying on your own or through this company, the creditors can sue regardless. Your wages can be garnished, your home can have a lean put on it. It is simply not worth it. The "consultants" are poorly trained and young. They are not actually licensed financial advisors.

When I first looked into signing up it sounded like a brilliant plan. They did none of what they were supposed to but they continue to take money out of my account. They sent letters to the wrong creditors won’t respond to emails respond to phone calls the lawyer is not helpful just tries to blow you off and tell you to call you the 800 number and yet I’m paying her retainer fee every month. Worst decision ever
