An absolute pleasure to deal with and in particular Gavin who helped us through the whole process. A gentleman, friendly and made us feel like we were in great hands from the get go. Gavin had everything in order for us and was always there for any needs or queries we had. Made the experience a lot less stressful than what it can be. I cant recommend Sean from Finance Solutions highly enough! He was absolutely amazing from the first meeting, all the way through the process. I had a difficult case, and may have given up after a not great experience with a different broker, but from the moment I got in touch with Sean he made the process completely smooth and easy to understand. He got me a better offer than I had hoped for, answered my questions so quickly and helpfully, always kept me in the loop. I knew he had his eye on the ball the whole time. BRILLIANT!! We entered the mortgage journey under a lot of pressure as we had our notice in our rental. I thought we would never be able to get a mortgage as I am self-employed and over 50.

With the guidance of Sinead O'Carroll, we managed to get a very strong application in and were successfully got our AIP. We went sale agreed on the 22nd of August and the help of Kayleigh Sheridan we got the keys on the 11th November.

It was a difficult route in a difficult time but the team at Finance Solutions guided us through it and now we have our own forever home. We are really grateful for all the hard work the team did to ensure we ended with the keys in our hand in (on hindsight) a record time.

I completed a full 2 hours online application for a mortgage that they have, it got approved by advisor and never heard of them since. I got no rey on my enquiry email or after my phonecalls at their office. Felt very disapointed of this service and the treatment I got from Killian.

Our experience with Finance Solutions and in particular Bryan Clarke have been second to none. Bryan has gone above and beyond to secure us the best rate in the most timely manner possible. Bryan was always available for a quick call and would respond to all our queries as quick as possible. I could not recommend Bryan and Finance Solutions enough. I contacted Finance Solutions in November 2020, after a great recommendation from a colleague who had dealt with them and specifically, Bryan Clarke. From Day 1, Bryan was excellent to deal with. He was very professional, knowledgeable and gave us the best advice and guidance for what suited our needs. I switched my current mortgage to ICS and basically, I took 2.5 yrs off my mortgage, I cleared all my credit union loan and I managed to secure a very low fixed rate for 5 yrs. I have saved approximately €260 per month and took a few years off my mortgage. I found Bryan very easy to deal with. He was always very clear in his communication and replied promptly throughout my dealings with him. Everything was done via phone, email, zoom and uploading so I never had to travel to Dublin which made things far easier. I would highly recommend Finance Solutions if you are looking to make life a bit easier financially regarding your mortgage. Ask for Bryan Clarke. Top class.

We went to financial solutions for a mortgage. There were just so helpful and on it from start to finish. Always quick to reply which is so comforting at such an anxious time. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE!

I recently switched my mortgage to Avant through Financial Solutions in Lucan. I can't recommend them highly enough in particular two of their stsff Lisa Steward and Violetta Dalida-Penkula. Both exceptional and so helpful

Spoke to Lydia. Initially gave me some great advice. I was advised to take out an IVA. Lydia went through my options, she sent me a link to upload some documents, told me to save the number she was calling from in my contacts under her name and this was her direct number. She said that if I have any any questions I can contact her on that number or through the link she sent me.

I wasn’t told that an IVA means my name and address would be put on the insolvency register which is an open register. I had doubts so tried the ‘direct’ number (which wasn’t a direct number) and link sent (which had expired) to contact Lydia the day after I signed the documents to for my application to be put on hold while I discussed my situation with my pattern. Eventually I called to request I was told I would receive confirmation that the application was on hold but I received no such email. I also emailed Lydia to request the application be put on hold and also received no response.

Around 10 days later I missed some calls while working, then received an email

Hi Mark,

I have tried to call you several times over the last few days to see if you are going ahead, without any response.

Are you going ahead with the application or not? This is so I can cancel off your application if you are not.

I then had a conversation on the phone with Lydia and I tried to explain that I needed more time to go through my finances with my partner.

Her response was questioning my delay and that I was wasting her time and her colleagues time on my application. This phone conversation was polar opposite to the friendly reassuring conversation I originally had. Lydia asked me to give them an answer in the next few days.

Rather than ‘waste their time’ I emailed within an hour to cancel my application and apologised for wasting their time. Again I received no response.

I requested the application be put on hold nearly three weeks before the first payment was due be taken. I cancelled the application completely 2 days before the first payment. They still took the payment and it will take 10-12 working days after before the money is returned.

It’s easy to be lead down a path when others lead you down.

Scammers have pretended to be this company emailing me making out my prepaid card loan had been approved, i didn't recieve it though the post and they never replied to my emails, i have unsubscribed all these scam loan companies, i was lucky the bank refunded my money, fake emails and i can't trust them, times are hard for someone like me but i would rather turn to food banks or switch to living on tinned food than be scammed by loan companies, i unsubscribed the lot of them, when i rang customer services on Monday, they gave me a number to ring which used up all my free calls and i kept getting cut off, they never rang me back or replied to my emails, this doesn't seem legit to me, a fake customer services, there was no prepaid card in the first place by the sounds of it, if you get told you have been approved for a loan don't fall for it, I'm not falling for it any more, i had a lot of money refunded into my bank account that all these scammers took from my bank account., you can't trust these companies.

These people have been operating under different company names whilst slightly adjusting their narrative. They have been trying to scam me since late 2019. I give them an email address where I can automatically dump their email in the junk mail folder. Don't be fooled by their approach, they are grifters and they deserve nothing. If you wish to waste their time then go for it, because that's what they deserve.

Doesn't properly explain how their "debt consolidation" actually works. I gave them 4 Credit Card companies to consolidate. They only talk to 1 at a time, not all at once. The Snake Oil Salesman makes it sound like they deal with all the companies at the same time. Was promised I would have legal representation if any lawsuit was brought. Not how it works. They farm out your lawsuit to a local lawyer, if they can't find one, you have to represent yourself. Now I am locked into giving them over $380 a month, and have one of the credit card companies suing to garnish my wages.

Part of a bait and switch scam through patriot consolidation loans. Claims to check for loan offers and does not.

I applied for online typing job n submit registration fee. As shown in information given by a&f finance solution you will get login info n work within 30 minutes of submission of fee, but after passing 30hrz I didn't get any login info n work.n there contact no given on their site are also not responding.
