Really mixed feelings on this one!
I chose to switch to this brand for razors as I wanted an option with recyclable blades which wasn't a safety razor.
Overall, I'm happy with the razor itself. It feels like a quality item, and the blades are good. My only niggle is the handle isn't anywhere near as 'grippy' as my previous razor, so I'm always worried I might drop it and cut myself, but that hasn't happened yet.
My main concerns are with how the company operates. It feels like it's trying very, very hard to upsell / get customers to buy extra products (more than pretty much any other brand I've come across). I appreciate it's trying to make money, but to me, this feels really out of line with the company's claims of being sustainability-focused.
I also don't like how any changes to the subscription require the use of a chatbot (which also tries to sell you extra stuff...), and that subscriptions can only be paused for 3 months at any one time.

I’ve been using ffs for years now, since they started I believe! And never been disappointed. The razors are the best I’ve ever used and will never change.
I recently had a problem with the razor handle and realised it had a lifetime guarantee so messaged the customer care via what’s app, I spoke to Holly who has arranged a new one to be sent to me.
Great service and fast response! I highly recommend this service :)

Saw them advertised through another site and decided to give them a shot. My trial order came very fast (I only placed the order 2 days ago and it arrived today!) and I can't wait to use it.
I had a question about my razor, and I used WhatsApp to contact the team. Holly answered my query instantly and was so lovely - she's a credit to the team.

Absolutely outstanding service. Very few companies will send a replacement when the error was on my part in selecting a wrong address, I merely wanted to cancel my subscription and instead they’ve put everything right so’s that I can still try the product at no extra charge. Such friendly and personable customer service.

Been using FFS for years. It's been really hassle free and easy to use. Easy to change how often you get subscriptions online or ship orders sooner if needed. Communication is efficient and deliveries are always reliable. Customer service from Nikki was great the one time I needed to get in touch.

I needed a new handle after having mine for a few years. I spoke to Holly on the customer service team about the issues I was having with the handle and she added a new one to my next refill instantly, free of charge. I love everything about FFS, but the fact that i got to speak with a person regarding issies not a robot was 10/10😊

The best razor I have ever used & just introduced my Husband to them.
Lovely products, fast delivery & if you have any issues they are so fast at getting back to you & resolved my issue straight away.

A " free gift " bonus for ordering over a certain amount at Cult that's now cost me over £20... couldn't cancel it immediately and then they send next shipment within weeks. Who needs a whole new multi pack of refills weeks after PLUS more shave cream PLUS wax strips. Clearly a scheme designed to lure you in and then max out a reorder you never wanted. Also no one click unsubscribe as you have to contact customer services... So annoyed I fell for this.
As a response to the FFS reply - yes it's all there. And all the onus is on the customer. Wait seven days. Contact customer service. Classic one click buy and many steps to undo. Also who changes blades after one use in a week that they need an immediate refill? Also why is the default tye most expensive refill package with many razors and more cream and wax strips? Tbh if it was just a £5 razor refill wouldnt be such an issue but charging immediate for a whole £20 feel deliberate.
