Absolutely brilliant product and very happy with customer service provided by Holly, she was extremely helpful in tweaking my order to suit my needs and it also helped that we could communicate through what'sapp made it super easy would definitely recommend FFS to my friends 😁👍🏻

I have been using FFS for years and have never once had a problem. They are wonderful. Recently I had an oops moment with an order (due to my own error), but Holly in customer service was fantastic. Professional, kind and efficient. My oops moment is solved! They are definitely very loyal to their loyal customers.

I used the WhatsApp messaging service to ask some questions about reactivating my subscription and adding another razor for my daughter. I also asked for a replacement razor as my head broke. I spoke with holly was incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. She processed my order and even threw in a free gift! Excellent service and great products. Thank you!

Been using FFS for years on subscription and always had brilliant service. Recently I had an issue adding a product to my subscription and Holly dealt with it so quickly and easily. It was also via WhatsApp which is much more user friendly than waiting for a chat which times out or an email. Would recommend to anyone looking for a razor service they care for their customers.

I’ve been using FFS for a while now - it’s so convenient l I had to contact customer services today as I hadn’t received my order - it seems the carrier sent it back. I contacted the what’s app support - talked to Nikki and it was sorted within 10 mins - my parcel is back on the way to me. Thanks for resolving so quickly 💜

Spoke with Holly as I wanted to cancel my subscription as I felt the razors weren’t working for me as a PCOS girlie. She offered me a different razor head to try and threw in some sweet freebies which I’m super grateful for! She was a delight to deal with and a real credit to your company.

I’ve been using FFS Shaving for a while now and honestly couldn’t be happier. They genuinely look after their existing customers, which is so rare these days. The subscription is super easy to manage—no hassle if you need to tweak or pause it—and everything just works exactly how you want it to.
On top of that, their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Quick, helpful, and always friendly. It really feels like they care, not just about getting new customers, but keeping the ones they already have happy too.
Overall, a brilliant company and a service I’d highly recommend! 💕

Really mixed feelings on this one!
I chose to switch to this brand for razors as I wanted an option with recyclable blades which wasn't a safety razor.
Overall, I'm happy with the razor itself. It feels like a quality item, and the blades are good. My only niggle is the handle isn't anywhere near as 'grippy' as my previous razor, so I'm always worried I might drop it and cut myself, but that hasn't happened yet.
My main concerns are with how the company operates. It feels like it's trying very, very hard to upsell / get customers to buy extra products (more than pretty much any other brand I've come across). I appreciate it's trying to make money, but to me, this feels really out of line with the company's claims of being sustainability-focused.
I also don't like how any changes to the subscription require the use of a chatbot (which also tries to sell you extra stuff...), and that subscriptions can only be paused for 3 months at any one time.
