Great experience with FFS

I've been using FFS for a while now, products are great and it's very easy to navigate the website to change your subscription or delivery date. I recently reached out to customer services and Holly was very quick in coming back to me. Sorted my problem very quickly and was super helpful and friendly.

Scammers

Scammers. I paid for a trial mini bag and their razor is awful. Ended up with cuts and pain. Plus I requested a refund within one hour after I ordered the trial kit and they accepted my refund request, however, they went ahead and charged me and still sent the kit. Your razor is awful and is a scam. I used a razor for years from Intuition and I was very happy. I ordered a new one again after this awful experience.

Fab company and lovely customer service team

I've been using the bimonthly subscription service for years, with no problems and found the razor blades easy to use and give great results. I really like that they're recyclable and you can post them back. I recently emailed asking for a replacement handle as mine was worse for wear, couldn't have been simpler, sent a couple of photos and a new handle was immediately shipped for free. Lovely and friendly customer service, thank you!

Exceptional service

Exceptional service! I got myself muddled up with my subscription dates & options so sent off a right ramble of an email to the customer service team where Holly managed to, first of all, understand exactly what I needed; suggest a solution that was most convenient for _me_, the customer; checked that I was happy with the idea and, once confirmed, process it straight away. I was very impressed! Hats off to Holly & the team.

Really happy with FFS

Really happy with FFS. Really good razor and blades, love how easy it is getting them sent out to me. Also brilliant customer service, you feel like such a valued member. They sent out another delivery for me ASAP when my parcel was delivered elsewhere. Have had some goodies put into my razor deliveries as well. Also great value and love the blade recycling!!

I’ve been a customer of FFS for a number of years now and find their products amazing! I had reason to contact Customer Services due to a lost razor handle. Nikki was so helpful, and rectified the problem for me straight away. She arranged for a replacement handle to be sent to me in the next couple of days. I have used FFS for years now and have nothing but positive experiences.
Blades are amazing!
I recently left my personalised razor on holiday, was gutted but I emailed them and they sent me another personalised razor blade set free of charge. It literally came within days.
Customer service is brilliant and I’m so happy.
I fully recommend 😊

Great customer service…

Love my new razor and am really impressed by how smooth my legs are. Unfortunately, I broke the shower holder and couldn't see from the website which colour to order so I started a WhatsApp chat to find out which to order. Holly, who responded to me, could not have been more helpful and organised to send one free of charge which I was not expecting. Absolutely delighted with the service as well as the quality of the razor and recommend this company 100%. Thank you

When I subscribed at the start few…

When I subscribed at the start few years ago the account was easy to manage. I could adjust my subscription to my needs and reschedule to any day/month. Unfortunately, now ffs took all the controf of the account and subscription. I have to go through a chat to reschedule for a different month and the reply was that it can't be done.To reschedule I have to contact them through WhatsApp or email. This is making me either not reschedule and they can make more sales or go through so much efford just to postpone my delivery. I will be cancelling my subscription as the company took all the flexibility away

They mislead customers

They mislead customers. I requested blades every 3 months but got billed for refills less than a month after i got my starter kit. So watch out.

Offer wasn't what it said, disappointed in untrue marketing

Was trying to take up offer of free trial product however it then wanted me to pay (small amount but principle of free is just that) plus postage (was happy to pay postage)
Note, I didn't choose any upgraded items.
As i would then be subscribing (thats fine if I decided I liked the product) I lost all trust as it should of only wanted to charge me postage but yet again another company who is untruthful in marketing.
Also didnt state when I would need to cancel by if I didnt like product to prevent subscription charges.
Why cant companies be upfront and honest anymore.
Leaving review to give ffs beauty a chance to rectify.

Wow - amazing!

Wow. I have extremely sensitive skin and have tried another very popular shaving company, however I was left feeling a little disappointed so decided to try FFS. Honestly, my body LOVES these razors. They are so gentle on my skin and make shaving feels effortless. I will definitely be carrying on with my subscription!
