Useless courier service

Useless courier service. Parcel delivered to wrong unit even though it clearly states unit 6. It went to unit 4 and. Tracking BN5115085343.Avoid online shopping that uses fastway as their couriers

“Unable to deliver for the 2nd time”

Very bad service my parcel was returned to them for the 2nd time telling me they were unable to deliver after they said it was on board. Even called them to confirm if it was really coming this time they said it is waited for it only to get “Unable to deliver” for the 2nd time still waiting for my Order.

Worst customer service completey

Worst customer service completey. Totally rude, not reading my messages properly, telling me I have to sort the problem and them completely avoiding their responsibility. So I order over 100 euro worth and got it delivered. Fastway driver stated the package was delivered even though it was not, fastway then admitted to me that they delivered it to the wrong address. I was told I should check the other address it was sent to. Even though it is not my job to do this, I done it anyway, the other address said nothing was delivered. fastway are trying to avoid taking responsibility for this issue making me the customer to do their jobs. Worse experience ever. the courier has blatantly addmitted delivering to the wrong address and expect me to chase around after it. Even though i have because of the amount I spent and found nothing was delivered. Outrage is not the word.

Horrible service

Horrible service, they keep adding in the tracking that they need additional info and to contact support but then it seems that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Support does not care, is difficult to reach, and is unprepared to help customers with their issues.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER! Minus stars! How on earth do you say that I received a package yet I did not sign for it? Why do you ask us to provide ID numbers when you just give our packages to anyone you see walking in the street?! No communication from the Curriers to state that they are delivering our packages yet we must provide our cellphone numbers too. This is just a sick joke, I would never recommend anyone use Fastway ever!!

Email says "no one is at home", but guess what? I WORK FROM HOME

My order was out for delivery twice [last Friday and this morning (Monday)] and both times I received an email saying they "attempted to deliver" but couldn't find anyone at home.
I HAVE BEEN WORKING FROM HOME FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS!
I heard no knock on the door nor anyone ringing the doorbell and my workroom is close to the bloody entrance.
I searched for a phone number to contact customer service, but it's nowhere to be found on the website.
Now I will have to wait for the courier to return the parcel to the depot and go collect it myself. I am very, very annoyed.

Minus stars should be available for Fastway Couriers. They claimed that a signature had been obtained, yet they cannot supply screenshot and no one in my household signed for. They are almost uncontactable in terms of email or someone answering the phone. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR MONEY TAKEN WITHOUT RECEIVING A PRODUCT, THEN THIS IS the COMPANY FOR YOU. ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED.

The most horrible service!

The most horrible service you could ever receive!
My parcel is now delayed by 1.5 weeks. I thought it might be because the address was partially incorrect; even though the eircode is correct, the address has been changed twice, and twice the parcel was redirected, which lasted for a week. These guys have no customer service phone number, so everything is dealt with via email.
I have been complaining via email that the parcel was delivered but wasn't at the door, and then in the evening apparently they had my parcel in the depot. Then I had an argument that the delivery drivers should at least call you to ask where to leave the parcel, something like a safe spot, which we have, but no one called me today to do so.
So in the last email, I expressed my frustration with the above matter. Instead of getting a reply to my email, I got a fake phone call from a hidden caller ID pretending to be a delivery guy who seemed to have dyslexia as he couldn't explain what, where, and why. He said that he has a parcel for me, and then he said some unclear stuff...Funny enough, the Fastway parcel is the only one I am awaiting, so no other delivery company that has my number could call me and pretend there is a parcel for me. This was a clear breach of my data privacy for a small joke from the customer service representative, who still hasn't replied to my email but looks like they read it and decided to mock me about it.
Let me just confirm: Personal Data Breach!
Obviously, there was no delivery guy around, and obviously, my parcel is still not with me, even though it was meant to be delivered on the 5th of July and today is the 13th!
I am not too sure why this has happened to me and why Fastway customer service decided to bring this mean joke on me, but one thing is clear: it is the worst service provider!
By the way, I also have a whole email thread to confirm all the struggles with your customer service team and one particular female who dealt with me. Death is quite a loud word to use! She ignored me and tried to stretch time as much as she could instead of giving clear answers.

If you sell online and use Fastway, I'm not your customer anymore

Even after I spoke to an official in their Dublin headquarters and a manager at my local depot, my parcel that they delivered to the wrong address (and claimed I signed for!!) was not retrieved and redelivered as promised. Their story of what happened to the parcel doesn't add up. I think it's been stolen. I do know I am never ordering from any online retailer again if I know they use Fastway or Evri.

I live in a gated community

I live in a gated community. At the gate is a large keypad and instructions advising to press the house number. The activates a message on my phone and I open the gate for the driver.
I never received a message and the fastway driver left a card in the letterbox for me to collect my parcel from their depot which is 25 klms from my house.
If he had bothered reading the instructions and pressing my house number I would have let him in.
Very poor and lazy service.

After ph complains to the call centre…

After ph complains to the call centre in the Philippines,
And going in and speaking f2f with the Toowoomba Fastaway branch manager, who assured me that the delivery driver was a very good employee and would do absolutely nothing wrong...the delivery driver to Kingsthorpe Qld continues to throw our parcels over the gate and down the driveway, which includes cardboard boxes etc, and even if rain is forecast.

Parcel not delivered

Parcel not delivered. Called them, they either don't listen to a word, don't speak English or they are AI generated responses.
If I could give less than one star I would.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU INTEND TO RECEIVE THE GOODS OR, IF YOU ARE A VENDOR, YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE SUBJECT TO REFUNDS AND DAMAGES.

Just sits on a local dock , for weeks awaiting next delivery cycle . I don't think they have any staff . Worst of all of them . They've been payed to do a job but won't can't do it . Hiding behind aramex rebounding- same liars.

We requested the parcel be placed on our veranda too
hard for the driver it was jammed into the letterbox
I rang the mayfield office only to be put through to the
filipines supplied the tracking number which they gave
us only too be told it didn’t exist
Ask to speak to a supervisor only to be talked down to what a joke
Will send it by pigeon next time

Useless company.

Formally changed there name to Aramex, but as useless. They picked up my package from Melbourne to come to Perth on 23rd February. 3.5 weeks later and still waiting. I've have had many issues with the poor service of this Company. Formally known as Fastway. They should be shut down. I can get packages quicker from china, America and United Kingdom lol.
