Product is always great but delivery date is never on time. Always after ETA. Would be beneficial if I could select an arrival date option even at an additional price if I can get it earlier than ETA

Absolutely brilliant service, nothing is too much trouble Bethan and Georgia have helped us through every step advising us about the process. and what to do. The print quality has been fabulous and delivery of our labels has been super fast. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Realised my design was RGB when it should have been CMYK. I messaged them and Ashley in customer services took the trouble to call me to discuss. They were able to convert the file for me. I wanted to check the proof which they said was no problem. Their checking system is very user friendly. The proof needed a minor adjustment and I was easily able to provide feedback and FastPrint resolved it swiftly. The stickers arrived on the day I was expecting them and they looked great.

Good quality product with excellent customer support.
After an initial snag with automated adjustment of the artwork, the Customer Support team recovered the situation very well, even liaising with production to overcome the 1-day delay that arose as a result of needing to readjust the artwork. Overall, a good quality product delivered on time.

Late delivery poor quality
Late delivery. But also minus 2 stickers off every order you do, they stick a “approved” sticker over the roll and when you peal that it takes off the print on your stickers. First and last time I use these
