I orderd my house sign on 22nd…
I orderd my house sign on 22nd December.
I was delighted to see our proof in early January which unfortunately was not produced as ordered.
After a small change we approved the sign for manufacturer.
We received our sign on 16th February after several requests for a delivery update and eventually I was informed that a lot of signs had been held up in the post.
Unfortunately when we received our sign to my horror, it was NOT produced as signed off and in our case is unusable.
I contacted Lloyd immediately and advised him of the error.
I got a response that he would check the order and reproduce if his error.
Some weeks later I have not received anything despite several emails requesting information and updates.
I eventually telephoned Lloyd and I was assured that the sign will be reproduced.
To date, despite email and calls I have not had assurance that my sign has been sent out despite emails and proof sign off clearly highlighting Yoursigns error.
Hopefully I will get some correspondence soon but it's very frustrating.
Unfortunately for me I paid with my debit card and not credit card where I might have actioned a charge back.
Follow up:-
May 9th , despite my phone chat with Lloyd three weeks another and a reminder email I still have NOT received the promised replacement.
VERY Disappointing
May 12th, I received an email from Lloyd to correct error, unfortunately his understanding of the issue was not understood.
After some communication Lloyd produced a proof to sign off, which I did promptly.
Feeling delighted, I expected the replacement sign in the post.
Nothing - it's 29th June almost 6 weeks still waiting.
Nothing - it's 11th July and still nothing despite several emails - shame
Even if I do receive a replacement - I can't recommend your signs Sandown
