It has been 9 weeks now and I've still not received my items. I've just been on live chat with them and they refuse to give me a date when I could received my items. I told them I would raise a dispute through PayPal, which I am just about to do ad they have closed the live chat. surely won't be buying from this site again. anyone reading this, I wouldn't recommend this site (the tracking is in Chinese, so you can't even track your order unless you can read the language.. I highly recommend Vova, I purchase from them all the time and have no problems what-so-ever

Under no circumstance would I advise ANYONE to pay for expedited service as there IS NO ACTUAL expedited service and you will be giving your money away. By the time you place your order and RECEIVE it, approximately 1-1/2 months will have gone by and you will and/or may still be waiting for your order. The clothing is nice, but the ordering and receiving system is EXTREMELY BAD.....don't do it to yourself.....Trust me......

BEWARE!!! Fraudulent seller! Impossible to contact!!! I tried filing a dispute on their site and it says my order doesn't exist. I am going through paypal to get a refund.

Trust me I wont be wasting my time or money with the likes of a shady vendor such as this one. They should be ashamed of themselves !!! SMH..

This is the worst online site I have ever order from. First I order 6 pieces that took over a month to arrive. Upon receipt the size were all off, The material was cheap and the one outfit that fit because it was purchase a size to big, did not look or fit like the picture.

They ask me three times, why am I returning, then tell me I will have to pay for return shipping, but then they will refund my money, minus $20, which is the cost they where charge to ship. So now I am being charge for shipping and return.

Then they have the nerve to say keep the products and the will give me a huge discount. I don't want what I order, why would I order anything else. Please. Never order from them.

I ordered a swimsuit. It took a long time to arrive - it eventually did, but it wasn't what I had expected based on the photos, and now they tell me I can't return it. You're better off going to Nordstrom Rack.

Have received my order. However the size is smaller than expected, I've gone ahead and contact Fancywe, the representative resolved this problems very quickly and send me the refund. A good site definitely and will recommend to my friends.

I bough 3 dresses on this website, after then I find thier review are terrible. I'm very worried about my dress, after about 3 weeks, finally I received the one bodycon and two floral dresses and try them on. The materials are very comfortable and looks nice. For that price, I'm happy.

Hate this company when it don't fit, you are Force to keep it😲because this company is in China somewhere. Never get me again 😜😜😜😜😜😜take that 90.00 and sit on it!!!!

absolutely horrible site. I ordered a dress
($26.92), it was nothing like described. and even if it was it was see through. I tried to get a refund and they said I can but I only can have what the dress is worth($18) and I have to pay for the shipping back. SO basically they want me to pay to get it back which will almost cost the same as the suppose refund they are giving me so I get nothing back and they get to sell the dress to someone else. Hell to the No! I contacted my bank and they have informed me that they will be getting to $26.92 back.

This company is garbage ordered something over a month ago and never got it and when you confront them on live chat and ask for a refund they close out the chat going to report them to my credit card.

This is not a legitimate supplier. If you pay by PayPal you can get your money back when the goods don't arrive as happened in my case. But you have to raise a dispute early enough ie. within 2-3 weeks and don't listen to fancywe when they tell you to close your dispute if you want your stuff because once closed, the dispute cannot be reopened when the stuff still doesn't arrive. Avoid this company.

The clothing are horribly made! I had a whole pocket and zipper missing, the material is extremely poor quality..the customer service is also horrible. I will never order anything from them...I feel like I've wasted my money 😝

Do not order!!!! My coat came in nothing as pictured!. Very upsetting and they won’t refund! I have photos but it won’t let me post them.

I ordered a sweater a month ago and I still haven't received it. Sent a email no response then I called the number they got i get the voicemail of course. Don't order from them it's a waste...

worse online store in history. almost everything I ordered is/was out of stock. I submitted replacement items and paid the price difference and still I haven't received a confirmation nor a refund for items not in stock. it's been over two weeks and I am still receiving out of stock emails. they are a FRAUD.

I order my two coats 2 weeks ago and i send messages to them NO RESPONSE!!!! Put my money back on my card or send my COATS!!! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS DAMN SITE AGAIN!!!
