10 jours après paiement je reçois un mail pour me dire que ma commande est en rupture de stock et on me demande si je veux un remboursement ou un échange. Le mail indiqué pour réponse n'existe pas !

Fraud Fancywe please don’t buy they don’t send goods

Purchased a dress in 14 November 2019, never received my order. Now After reading all the messages I guess it is a scam. I wonder why they are still selling online. Hopefully pay-pal has banned them.

My ORDER FROM DECEMBER NOW SAYS UNFULLFILLED, THEN I START TO SEND MESSAGES BUT NO RESPONSE, NO EVEN IN SOCIAL MEDIA, NO KIND OF SUPPORT. THEN I WENT TO THE PAGE AGAIN AND IT WAS DOWN , FEW DAYS AFTER , ENTER TO THE PAGE AGAIN AND IT SAYS MY ACCOUNT DOESN`T EXIST, SO I REDO MY ACCOUNT JUST IN CASE BUT NO ORDER EXISTS, I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ORDER AND NOBODY CANT TELL ME OR HELP ME! NO EVEN IN PAYPAL. SOMEONE KNOW WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT TO GET MY MONEY BACK?

placed order and did not receive a thing; also have a dispute claim thru paypal. do not order anything with this company!

Ordered product and never received it. Tried to email Fancywe through their email and PayPal numerous times with no response. Stay away. Fraudulent website.

SCAM!!! Ordered a Christmas gift on Dec. 1st for $56.98 and never received it. I sent them multiple emails with no reply through PayPal and also through their email address that NOW is bouncing back and no longer exists!!! I reported fraud through my bank and they are now under investigation through them.

Paid with PayPal.very lucky. No response from seller .No delivery details or contact.
Scam site. Stay clear

Ordered an item through PayPal Dec 4 with every reasonable expectation it would arrive by Christmas. I still have NO updates, no one will respond to my multiple inquiries. I’ll never order anything from FancyWe again.

Ordered a dress took weeks to come and when it did I had to pay taxes on the dress which was almost as much of the dress, and on top of it the dress is nothing like shown on the site, it is a piece of crap will never again order from them.

I have grave concerns about facywe.com, I have seen an amount of clothing that I have an interest in buying.... I thought that this would be a reputable agency.. But to no avail the reviews are discerning.. I started to order.. Reviews changed my mine.. Work hard for my money.. Holes in clothing is unexceptable... Fix this.. Seems like scam!!!!! Customers should be happy with purchases.. Your reviews tell the story.. Need fix that..

Bad bad order a dress ask then to cancel my order before send like there POLICY said to do never answer me nothing they went ahead and sent with 2 BIG HOLES IN IT NOW it's going to cost me 26.00 to send it back or out 39.00 b.s. Report these birches to the local news and courts.False advertisements and scamming

I ordered item on 10/11/18 with hope that I was going to wear on birthday 26/11/18 .The delivery was suppose to 3-5 working days.Three weeks later I emailed them to find out.They replied apologised about the delay.After a week they send me an email apologising that the iterm is out of stock and asked me if I can order another iterm to replace that one and I did till to date I have not receive it.I very dissatisfied about their customer service.

This is a rip off I ordered my item a month ago I haven’t got it yet i email them I get this email back from chole saying my order coming when I tried to reply they changed the email on me after reading all these bad reviews I would not have ever ordered from this website I have reported it to the police and my card holder please don’t order nothing from this website
