I purchased a sweater from FancyJolie, it was not as represented. I have made multiple attempts to obtain a return address and process. They have asked multiple questions, to which I have responded, now crickets. This is a scam company, not a customer-friendly organization, avoid purchasing anything from them.

They have no aftercare service. I have written several times that I ordered a coat for which I paid $87 CDN and it did not come. I ordered several other items on or around Nov 26, 2020, and they arrived on Jan 5, 2021. Very late for Christmas but thankful the items arrived. No help with the coat. I will never order anything from this company or any other company from China. Buy from States or Canada BEWARE.

As you probably already read on here. Jep they keep the money, but don't send you the order...

Instagram recommended me this store I paid 67 dollars these guys in China or Korea are making a fortune out people I hope they return to my mail and shall open a dispute right away . Thank you instagram and its fckn affiliates

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site, j'ai commandé une robe il ya de cela 5 mois, jusqu'à présent je l'ai pas reçu. Il m'ont envoyé un message il ya quelques semaines pour me dire que la robe est en rupture de stock, j'ai demandé un remboursement jujusqu'à présent rien. C'est des vrais arnaqueurs.

I wish I would have read these reviews before placing my order. I ordered 3 dresses back in January and received NOTHING. I disputed with PayPal and according to them the items were shipped and there's a tracking number, which is a HUGE LIE. The website no longer exists. This company and people behind it are a FRAUD. Just simply disappointing.

Ordered a slim line pinstripe fitted dress back in February 2020 it never showed up so I just figured I had lost my money, website had disappeared and emails went unanswered. today this parcel shows up in the mail from them with a dress which is like a Kaftan, just a large piece of material white is white with black stripes down the side, poor stitching, absolutely nothing like what was shown In the photo, I think I would have been happier getting nothing and forgetting about it as a bad experience, what arrived today was a joke, but did make me crack up laughing so there is a funny side, Don't order from this site, it's a scam.

Item is out of stock. Waiting for them to acknowledge my refund and return my money. This has Been going on for over 4 months

I ordered a two peice evening suit on the 23 Febuary when it hadn't arrived I started a dispute with PayPal. I received a tiny package with a usb cable in and a little plastic object have no idea what it was for and also had no knowledge of ordering it it was from China .At this point I thought who ever sent it made an error with address.
PayPal refused my dispute as they said the order had been tracked and I received it! It then dawned on me they sent the cable etc so they had conformation they sent and I received parcel , as the have closed dispute I cant do s new dispute on what I received!
So I paid £57.00 for a cable etc and it seems that I can not do anything to get s refund. I have made a complaint with PayPal but dont hold out much hope of them doing anything to get a refund

This is the worst experience I have had with online purchasing. I did not know anything of “FancyWe“ before ordering from them. That was my first error. On Jan 27, I placed an order for a men’s large asymmetric zippered sweater from a “cookie ad” that was on a website I was reading. Sweater $30, shipping almost $30 (second error, shoulda been a big clue). That was Jan 27, as of March 23, no sweater. Emails bouncing back. No phone number. Website disappeared. PayPal clueless and not helpful at all. Sweater arrives April 1 (April Fool’s day for sure) as a 2XL sized unit of horrible quality and fake plastic leather sleeves that was not on original ordering picture. The item looks like an OVERSIZED African dashiki DRESS, and the stitching and quality looks like a 7 year old stitched it. This Chinese FancyWe outfit is unethical, immoral and forget scam-like, they are fraudulent

Rip off company. Super scam. Ordered an Invicta Men’s watch from their site as advertised on FB. Sent money and never saw a thing. Their site doesn’t even load. How does Paypal allow to do business with these people. And FB allows advertising and selling from these bogus China based companies. Filed a claim. Hope to get my funds back.

This is a fraudulent company! Made orders since February and got nothing. How do I trust PayPal this much!

Thiefs! Liars! Criminals! Don't dare to subscribe to their site or order anything. You will just be throwing out your money, don't dream to receive the item. I ordered a dress on the 5th of December and up till now (February 25), I didn't receive it and no one is replying to my messages (phone calls and emails). There is no answer by phone and the emails messages bounce. It's like talking to a wall, there is no one on the other end!

I'M CONTACTING THE INSPECTOR GENERAL'S OFFICE FOR BOTH, FANCYWE AND PAYPAL. AND I'M GOING TO STOP USING PAYPAL AND SUE THEM. I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO JUST GIVE SOMEBOBY.
