Window replacement
Had a little problem with one of our new windows ( crack in glass ) but fairview replaced the glass and remedied the situation asap with no hassle some of our windows included a coloured pattern ant they replicated it very well . All windows look brilliant- very pleased !

I have just a front door fitted I love it the fitter arrived on time and was courteous and cleaned up after himself the door was fitted within the time scale I was given. The whole experience from the first consultation to the installation I found to be be excellent. Everyone I dealt with was professional yet friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. After the installation my house was left neat and tidy and all bit and pieces removed. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

We recently had Fairview Windows…
We recently had Fairview Windows install a new Rock front door and a composite utility door, and we’re absolutely delighted with the results. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and the difference the new doors have made to our home is huge.
The quality of both doors is excellent — they look fantastic, feel very solid, and have really improved the appearance and comfort of the house. The Rock door in particular has given the front of the property a real upgrade, and the composite utility door is just as impressive.
We’re really pleased with the workmanship and the overall finish, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairview Windows to anyone considering new doors. A great job all round!

Another brilliant job completed.
Had replacement windows and a front entrance door fitted in February 2025 and everything was carried out brilliantly.
In February 2026 we decided to replace the rear entrance door, plus the windows and door in the outbuilding we have.
Yet again from start to finish everything went perfectly. The fitter Neil worked nonstop and was a pleasure to have around. Upon completion, he ensured all the removed doors etc. were disposed of and all areas were cleaned and left back to there original condition.
Would recommend Fairview Windows to anyone thinking of having any doors and windows replaced or even a conservatory built.

I had a rock door installed by this…
I had a rock door installed by this company 8 years ago which developed a small crack on one of the panels. I contacted Fairveiw to ask for advise and they replaced it within 2 weeks without any quibbles or complaints. I’m not someone who generally leaves feedback but I feel this needs to be highlighted due to their outstanding after care service. I’m certain that not all similar companies would have done the same. Thank you so much for your no nonsense approach and backing up your guarantee.

Pleasant process, recommended
It was a relaxed process from start to finish, no pressure, good communications, turned when they said, near and tidy installation by the fitters, and they noticed an issue l hadn’t, no fuss correction. Slightly more expensive, only slightly, but a quality installation and process. I recommend them with no hesitation

From the outset, everything was explained very well. The initial visit was friendly and great advice was given.
Communication was great, and there was always someone to contact.

Wooden frames with encapsulated designs
The results look really good. The staff are friendly. The installation went smoothly and swiftly with remarkably little mess, especially given this was in November. Getting to that point though was a long slow process.
It was a major undertaking: door and surround, bay window, kitchen window, hall window and landing window, all in wood rather than UPVC encapsulating original leaded lights in double glazed units.
Communication could have been better, particularly concerning the estimate and the subcontractors. I had to step into the office regularly to chase things up.
The backlog at the frame makers held up the project by months although that was outside Fairview's control. I let unlucky when the lock on a twelve year old UPVC window went too and the staff member lined up for the repair was hospitalised.
I am particularly pleased with how well the bay matches the upstairs windows, also in wood with encapsulated designs, Fairview had done such a good job on years earlier. Back then, but alas no longer, they made wooden frames in-house. I think I even preferred them. The wrong handles were fitted on my new windows initially but they were replaced with those agreed within a fortnight.

Excellent from start to finish
Communication is really good. Easy to get hold of customer service and they’re really helpful. Everyone is really knowledgable from the initial salesman who came out to give a quote to the fitter. Work was completed to a high standard, quicker than expected and everywhere was left clean and tidy. Overall I’m extremely happy with the work completed.
