Replacement sliding doors
We decided to replace old French doors with more modern sliding doors. We’d used Fairview before and have always been impressed. Salesman called, great plan, agreed a price. Surveyor called double checked all measurements. Install date agreed. 3 guys arrived as they had to remove about 2 sq m of wall and make good too.
Absolutely flawless job. Plastering great. New doors fitted perfectly. Made a huge difference to the usability of our conservatory (built by Fairview in 2010).
Highly recommend Fairview to all. Thanks.

Contacted Fairview to service the door which had started to jam. Imeediate reply and visit arranged immediately. Was carried out at arranged time and discussed as proceeded. Was informed door was within 10 year warranty so repair and adjustments werefree of charge
Persistant jam was repaired and full adjustment carried out
Very thorough job with it taking about an hour.
Very good service.

Having used Fairview before I have always found them helpful. Having had to reorganise the fitting they managed to fit them in time.They arrived as scheduled and the two of them fitted 4 windows before lunch time. They were clean and tidied up after they had finished. The quality of their windows were excellent. Their aftercare is good. I would definitely use Fairview again and have no problem telling friends about them

Bedroom Bay Window from Fairview
Neil and Paul from Fairview came to fit our bedroom bay window and were absolutely brilliant! They fitted the window to a high standard and were very clean and tidy as they did so. We would highly recommend Fairview and would definitely use them again in the future!

Very good end project but very poor communication both before and during the project.
The actual installation was good and the finished was result is very good. However the communication from both the salesperson at the start and the person who was responsible for the communication during the installation was poor. We were sold the project as a one week project and it took 4 weeks in the end. It would possibly taken longer if we hadn't kept ringing up and asking what was happening next.

We are, however, sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the communication before and during the project. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver, and your comments have been taken on board as we continually work to improve our customer experience.
To clarify the project timeline, our salesperson advised that the roof swap itself would take approximately one week. While this element was completed as outlined, additional stages were required to ensure the work met all necessary standards. These included plastering and a mandatory inspection by Building Control. Such inspections can only be arranged once the roof structure is in place, and final approval is required to certify compliance with current regulations. As you can appreciate, Building Control officers manage a large number of projects, so inspections are not always available immediately. For this reason, completing the work in full compliance and obtaining sign-off would always take longer than one week.
Regarding communication, we acknowledge your concerns and sincerely apologise for any frustration caused. That said, there were also periods where progress was delayed, including a gap of over four weeks while we awaited responses to emails concerning handle options and other queries, as you were unavailable at the time of survey. Nonetheless, we recognise that clear and proactive communication is our responsibility, and we will use your feedback to further improve our processes.

Their customer service is very good, there was a minor issue after my installation, they quickly corrected the problem efficiently.

Brilliant company
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Right through from first contact to completion they were efficient, responsive and fairly priced. We had most windows and front entrance replaced and the workmen were really hard working and tidy. They even did some remedial brickwork which wasn't originally quoted for. An overall excellent experience.
