I ordered a personalised matching pet Christmas sack and and stocking. They are both of excellent quality and are stunning. At very reasonable prices. Shaniece the business owner cannot do enough to help with any enquiries you may have, nothing is to much trouble. A lovely genuine hardworking lady. Fast delivery. I would highly recommend. We had some issues with collection with us both being busy but finally sorted today and got my order and it is beautiful. Shaniece even gave me a beautiful little cushion as a freebie to apologise for our mix ups even though it was no fault of her own. Great customer service and beautiful items x

I ordered a personalised make up bag and oh my goodness, I was not disappointed!
Now Girls, if you're like me, that seems to have 3 make up bags and end up wondering where what is when you're in a rush and trying to leave the house and having to dip into different bags, well, I have news for you!

The personalised make up bags are so big I was shocked when I saw it. The bag is the length of GHD straighteners with still a little give on the side and as tall as a 500ml Love Island water bottles. Now all my make up is in one place. I will definitely order more, I feel like it would be perfect to keep all my brushes, combs and clips in one. I asked for my name on mine as I didn't know what to expect and it came with a cute little 3D bow on, I fell in love instantly.

It was such a quick turn around, I had my order within a week and if you pay for delivery it comes by Evri (or at least mine did) Reliable seller, trust worthy and a pleasure to buy from. I will definitely be ordering more because this was just a very smooth and professional transaction.

If I could rate this any lower I would! I have never encountered such an unprofessional/vile person ever! I ordered 2 pairs of Easter pjs 2 weeks ago from this seller on Etsy, I messaged her a week before Easter asking for a tracking number to which she replied she doesn’t have them as she sends them out second class and she confirmed my order had been sent out and they should be with me any day, fast forward to a couple days before Easter (Thursday) I messaged again as no sign of my order to which she told me she got mixed up they weren’t my pjs she sent out and that she will be sending them out TONIGHT next day delivery, baring in mind Friday was Good Friday therefore a bank holiday and I needed them Saturday for Easter Sunday! So she then proceeded to tell me if I did not want to “risk not getting them” she can cancel the order for me !!!! This was THREE days before Easter so I was not gonna be able to sort anymore and I had already paid over £40 for these! I told her I would come and pick them up even though she was a 2 hour drive away from me but I was desperate for these pjs for my kids especially with it being my baby’s first Easter, the time difference in the emails were awful too, she would take hours to reply back. She agreed I could pick them up and gave me an address which I later found out was a fake address so she had actually given me someone else’s home address! All of a sudden she was now in hospital on a drip and she did not know if I could pick them up on Saturday (this was only Thursday night/Friday morning) I told her I really needed these and I would not be happy if I didn’t receive them, I was literally willing to drive four hours in total to get these even though none of this was my fault! So the following day I seen her post on her instagram business page that she was out for a meal with her little boy so I presumed she was well and now out of hospital so I messaged again to ask when could I come to collect, to which she was ignoring me, in total I sent about 4 messages so I then had to go to commenting on her business page to try and get a response she responded straight away because she knew everybody could see! She told me she was still in hospital and she wasn’t sure when she would be out so I might not be able to pick them up (this is now Saturday) day before Easter! So I went on to say it was a bit strange as I seen she was out for a meal with her son the night before? Low and behold she had deleted the stories off her Instagram page! She made up a big lie that she was still in hospital and went as low as screen shotting a picture of a woman’s arm in hospital trying to claim it as her !!!! Compulsive liar ! So she quite clearly never done my order in the first place and had absolutely no intention and was going to let my drive two hours to a FAKE ADDRESS to collect these “pjs” up! I then asked her politely to transfer me my refund instead of doing it through Etsy and me having to wait days for it so that I could go and buy my kids new pjs and not be out of pocket! She didn’t do this and instead proceeded with the refund through Etsy so all in all I had to pay over £70 for Easter pjs so that my kids didn’t go without! I honestly do not know how this girl still has a business, I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering! She has now blocked me on every form of social media

To reply back to your stupid excuse of a reply, you was not ill, you sent me a FAKE picture of somebody else in hospital, you had put up an Instagram story of you out for tea which I have proof of so do not lie. You never done my order and that’s that, when I posted you on my own business page to say about what you had done I had over 8 messages off people to say you had done similar to them at some point over the last two years! So yeah not as clean as you think….

This lady was so helpful she made my pillow cases 25x25 with no hesitation which is not a size she advertises. I’m soo pleased with the quality and service , after searching every website I could to find sparkly bedding this was a brilliant find . I am chuffed to bits and will recommend her services .
