I received my order from fabricinco yesterday. This is the third time I have ordered from this company and I honestly cannot fault the quality of there work.
I wasn’t quite sure on exactly what I wanted my design to be like so Shaniece gave me some guidance on what would look best.

Unprofessional, Buyers Beware
It took 6 weeks for the coats to finally arrive. The woman who owned the business offered countless excuses of which I've lost count. However, a quick glance at the negative reviews confirmed the true nature of this business. Initially, I was informed that the delay was due to her awaiting delivery for one of the cost size I ordered as it was out of stock. Then I was promised it would be done and shipped that week….2 weeks go by and nothing! When I reached out to the owner for answers, a series of excuses ensued - first, she fell ill, and then she claimed she couldn't ship the items due to her son's illness. These excuses only served to highlight the unprofessionalism of this individual, who clearly struggles to meet customers demand. Only after receiving confirmation of the shipment, I received a text from the owner to call her as she needed to explain the size in coats. I was told that the smaller coat which was 8-9 years was a similar size to the bigger coat 10-11 years, didn’t think anything of it until it arrived. They were similar alright, they were both the same size, both had a tab with Chinese 150cm which when converted is 10-11 years! Buyers really need to read the negative reviews before purchasing from this business, I wish I did.

Hi nadia. I am so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the purchase and your experience. Firstly, I just want to explain that I run this business solo so sadly things do happen that are completely out of my control. The coats were delayed and I was admitted to hospital for a total of 5 days. None of that was a lie but as a small business owner with no other staff to fall back on, when these things do happen things can be delayed as it has a knock on effect. I try and keep my customers updated every step of the way with any issues that do arise.
I have contacted you via email to offer you a full refund if you want to return the coats. I would hate for you to be unhappy with your order so I will do my very best to resolve the issue for you. Again, I can only deeply apologise for the delay in receiving them and the issue with sizing. I have explained via email I will be adding a measurement chart to our website with all sizes on to prevent any sizing issues arising again. I hope I can resolve this with a positive outcome for you.

Boys personalised coat
I love the coats from here! This is the 2nd time I have brought my son's coat from Fabricnco. He is still wearing the one I purchased last year and it still looks brand new. The quality of the coat is fantastic - I would definitely recommend this company. The service is amazing too!
