Have used Formula 1 for a few years now, I take both of my cars there for Mot's, Dusty and Amir are both very Informative and helpful on anything that would arise in the way of advisories or if I needed a question answered on something about the vehicle

I have used formula one for the last 4 to 5 years and found them efficient and helpful. The work they have done on my car is always up to standard. But are they better than the other garages I would not know as I never tried anyone else in the last few years as I have been pleased with their workmanship

I took my new car for a MOT & service here recently and received 1st class customer service. Dusty was really helpful at explaining what work & parts were required to pass the MOT. The work required to pass the MOT was completed quicker than expected. I took my car back to have the advisory work completed and also received great customer service from Craig. He was really helpful and informative with some questions that i asked. I have been really happy with the work they have carried out on my car and i will definitely use this garage again and would highly recommend to others.

Had an MOT done on my car and Dusty explained the advisories to me in a way i could understand and what order i should get them repaired in. Very helpful and polite and for sure will be going back again soon for the work to be done.

When I collected my car after they had to fix the roll bar link my drivers side window didn’t close fully. Called them to state there was nothing wrong with my windows before they had it. They denied causing any faults and refused to accept liability. Said they would look at it but can’t guarantee fixing it. I was very upset. Took my car to my local Mercedes who re calibrated it and fixed it free of charge. They said it was likely down to formula one garage taking the windows up and down! Terrible service - would not recommend them at all!

Have used the Formula one autocentre at West Quay in Southampton a few times over the past year, friendly service, great prices every time.

Today popped in for 2 new tyres, good price, no messing about, they booked me in for 3pm I turned up booked in and the tyres were done right away no drama at all.

Doug Hillyar recognised my T4 which is good, he performed his work to first class standards and delivered advice on getting the nuts rechecked in 100 miles or so.

Dusty the manager also gave excellent advice, all of the staff are 100% trustworthy, will be using this centre for all my tyre needs well done boys

I went to local tyre shop for trye price was 140 then I went to online got 102 same tyre from formula one auto centres good customer service very helpful 👍

I used F1 F1autocentre just over 2months ago for 2new tyres . So impressed I didn't hesitate t o book my car in for its MOT. Prompt service and on time, viewing/ waiting room was clean and tidy. Certainly would recommend this business. Many thanks to the staff.

The guys at Southampton West Quay are always polite, helpful and professional. Excellent customer service and value, unlike their utterly indifferent colleagues at Southampton Hedge End who wouldn’t know customer service if it bit them.
