Brought car in after a garage said I need to get track rods replaced, Ian & Chris had my car checked and sorted in less than 1/2 hour. They got my tracking done and no need to replace the track rods.

Telford branch - I wish I could give 10 stars.
I have used this branch before and always been pleased with the work, today was no different other than the guys went above and beyond.
Arrived at 4pm with brake issues - and actually left having had all the work done.
The guys were all so polite and friendly especially the chap that did all the pricing (sorry I didn't get his name) they make you feel welcome and like nothing is too much for them
I truly appreciate all your hard work today, thank you all so much

Well I've been using formula one in Telford for 14 years
And have never had any problems with them and I think
That they are well priced and would recommend them to anyone.

5 stars are not enough. Prices are very competitive but the customer care is unmatched.
I have been a customer for the past 2 years and they always exceed my expectations. Nothing is too much trouble and they always make me feel as if they care (and then prove they do care by providing such excellent service)
This is the standard all companies should strive for

As a single lady to have this amazing garage and never have to worry about not being looked after or being ripped off is something I cannot understate the importance of.
They have saved the day soo many times that I've lost count.

Great service from booking through to completion. Clear explanations over work completed. Very professional throughout. Knew from previous inspection what the car needed and quote from last year was used. Got the car in for a sunday appt which was great and in the end managed to do the work Saturday so really convienient!

Big shout out to John today(Telford) - the guys were extremely busy but they did a brilliant job I would recommend them to anyone looking for tyres etc great guys well done 👏

Excellent service from John, who, at short notice, repaired our punctured tyre, saving us the cost of a replacement. Great price and service.

Telford Branch Formula one autocentre were very good in helping me get a new clutch for my car.

Called through and John was very helpful and was quick in sorting out a quote and a day to fit the clutch.

The job itself didn't take too long and the process was very stress free. Definitely recommend

Good online prices and ability to book appointment easily. Very fast fitting of 2 uniroyal tyres. Good tracking, the best I've found in Telford and follow up tracking check and adjust free of charge. Very pleased with all services provided.

Top tier service, they’ve gained a new customer!
Needed a flat tyre sorting asap, visited two garages prior to coming here and was fobbed off by both, probably because we were so near to closing time, but these guys were nothing short of brilliant! I was told that the tyre would need replacing by both previous garages, but these guys saved me £100+ by repairing it there and then. Couldn’t fault the speedy and efficient service and we’ll definitely be back again, thank you!

Took girlfriend's car for MOT last friday and after waiting for the hour they told me it would have passed with a couple of advisories had the emissions machine not broken, that was fine can't be helped, they said they would ring me when the engineer has fixed it and i was happy with that.
Fast forward to tuesday and still heard nothing from them so i rang them that morning and just asked about when it would possibly be as we were on the clock with MOT expiry date, and he was pretty rude on the phone but i just brushed that off, but one thing i will not stand for is the dishonesty and blatant lie that was told after my girlfriend phoned them up 5 mins later and he then told her a completely different story, (referring back to what i was told by him at the beginning of the review) that the car had failed on the couple of things i saw myself were advisories on the certificate. Suffice to say i was vindicated on what i relayed back to my partner on what i was told as we took it somewhere else for an MOT and it passed with the bulb and tyre as advisories which shows i was right all along. it was a disgusting way of lying to convince my partner that she would have to pay for things she never needed to or simply by chasing them up i annoyed them so much they felt the need to undermine me and make me look stupid by spoonfeeding me one thing and my partner a completely different story, either way it was a complete joke and a clear
waste of £40 on an MOT.

Thank you for the service and bringing to my attention things that need looking at, especially the leaking wheel cylinders i agreed to have these done with a break fluid replacement.
I found the break cylinders rather expensive at £79 each especially when i found out i could buy these at £29 each from GSF auto components,i was also charged a extra £23 for upgraded oil when i never asked for this, so being charged £336 on top of my service of £125 i am truely disappointed with my visit to formulaone i believe I am a good £100 out of pocket. A very disappointed customer.
