Called at 4pm to ask if they could look at my suspension as heard loud noise on way home and was told to bring it in , fixed within an hour. John and Chris were fantastic. Service was amazing.

Booked at Telford for MOT, received a call to say they were running late so dropped car off to them and left it with them for few hours.
Called me when completed and collected with no hassle.

Great experience at the Telford / Wellington car centre .
Phoned them first to get a quote for a new back box exhaust for my daughter’s car. They suggested to come in so they can have a look they also gave me a quote over the phone .
Went down at 4/30 pm car was done and ready to be picked up at 5/45 ! If th at isn’t service I don’t know what is .

I can honestly say they won’t be beaten on price either!

I had a puncture a 4” bolt which penetrated through to the wheel. This happened between Christmas and New Year. I took the car in and received the most efficient and wonderful experience. Thank you to the Telford team for fixing my car. I came in yesterday with leaking coolant and they analysed the issue straight away including the impact on other parts of the vehicle. They had all the necessary parts and sorted it within a few hours. Very knowledgeable team and great customer care.

I have used formula one in Telford on previous occasions. Todays experience was as usual excellent. I have to commend John for his excellent attitude, professionalism and helpfulness. From the phone call where I initially asked for advice and the subsequent help at the centre all was over and above. In today's society where much is expected I feel it's more than appropriate to give credit where it is due. The help and advice was very much appreciated and the quick service for a new tyre was done in double quick time. I highly recommend formula one Telford to everyone.

Ian went above and beyond for us today. My husbands car broke down on a garage forecourt (battery dead). I went to formula one and asked for help. Ian, with no hesitation lent me his own battery charger so we could get the car down there. He diagnosed it was the battery and alternator and got it fixed on the same day. Thankou to Chris for doing the work. They really went above and beyond and would highly recommend

What amazing service!!! I keep going back because they are superb! Tonight I was told my headlight was out and so I drove straight there arriving at the shop with 2 minutes to spare. The team still eager to help regardless of closing time and replaced the bulb there and then! Nothing was too much trouble! Puts peace of mind and safety to all. Amazing service in a team you can trust. Especially as a women on her own! Thank you team!

I had a puncture on a Saturday morning & I was driving to Cornwall the following day, so I was desperate to get a new tyre as it wasn't repairable. As the tyre is a large performance tyre, no one in telford had any stock!!!! Until I rang F1 in Haybridge. They didn't stock the make or size but luckily did have a tyre ready for a customer which was to be fitted on the Monday. They realised my desperation & with only an hour left before they closed they used that tyre for me & ordered a replacement. Great help!

Needed a tyre within a few hours, was ordered and fitted very easily and sorted my long trip home. Would highly recommend.

I have been using the telford branch for a few years now, my latest visit there was yesterday to have new front break discs and pads fitted, I took it the arranged time that John, asked me to fetch it in, as had all ready arranged it with him on Monday he was able to get the parts in before i had arrived, no sooner i had handed the keys to him it was upon the ramp and being worked, also back in June , i took my car into him to have a new fuel filter and plugs fitted ,just as the fitter was about to change the fuel filter, the gater on the steering rack split leaking oil every where, they told me what had happened and they ordered a new front steering rack straight away , And as i had no way of getting home whilst they repaired my car, John asked one of his fitters to drop me home in newport (Shrops) and when the car was ready the same guy came and collected me and took me back to collect my car. I would recommend Formula One Auto Centres Telford all way for any repairs.

Great service. I’d punctured a tyre, husband took it to Kwikfit for repair (it was a nail) only to be told needed to buy a new one. They wanted £230.
I said no searched for a cheaper quote and took it here. The gentleman who dealt with it came back to me and said ‘can I ask why you have ordered a new tyre?’
I gave him the story and he said it was easy to fix (as I’d originally suspected). Refunded me for the tyre I’d ordered and only charged me for mending the puncture. Genuine and honest service. Not to mention the tyre I had refunded was actually cheapest I’d found online, I’ll be going here from now on.

Fantastic service today from John. After two garages saying they can’t take a look at my car until next week I popped to Formula one. The exhaust had dropped and despite the garage being a busy Saturday with lots of other customers, John put my car on the ramp and fixed the problem within ten mins. So grateful and appreciated that he helped me get it fixed asap. Fantastic customer service, definitely recommend.

I bought tyres through black circle, fitted here. I was booked in for Monday but had a call to say they could fit me in earlier which was much more convenient for me. The guys were really helpful, I dropped my car in for 30 minutes and the job was done.

I rang the garage at 10.30 to ask for a quote to change the rear brake pads on my mini and it also needed a full service. I was given a quote that was less than half of the price the dealer would charge, and they were able to do the work the same day. Car was dropped off at 11.30 and John rang me later with an update on additional work needed, and it was all done quickly and efficiently , ready to collect at 4pm. I would definitely recommend the auto centre at Telford , reasonably priced and efficient service .
