The lovely lady on reception, whose name I have forgot, she was friendly and helped me sort my number plate and even suggested to get different screws to make the plate look nicer on the car and not ugly, she was polite and friendly and fitted my number plate in just a few minutes and did this without an appointment.

Had an appointment at10:00 on Monday.
I arrived to find that my slot had been cancelled due to no one available to carry out the work.
I was fitted in by Shane for Tuesday at 15:00.
He did the work himself as there was nobody else available.
Shane is a credit to F1,his customer care impressed me.
The price for fitting two tyres was competitive.

I visited Formula One Autocentres in Swindon on a Sunday afternoon (one of the only garages open on a Sunday!) after my car went into limp mode and the check engine light came on. Call was answered very quickly by Charlene who was lovely and told me to come on down and they’d take a look. Martin (who was amazing) looked at the car and it was decided that new spark plugs were needed but unfortunately their suppliers didn’t stock them. He wrote the product code down for me to take to my dealership and he told me to collect from there and he’d happily fit them.
I arrived back the next day, with said spark plugs, and again as greeted by Charlene who was also fantastic during my visits. I was quoted a price for just under an hour and off Martin went to fix it. Martin had trouble turning check engine light off but he was not giving up and continued working on it. He managed to get the light off and took it for a test drive. He explained everything to me and was so friendly and approachable the whole time, along with Charlene. Work took over an hour in the end by they didn’t charge more than my initial quote.

I would highly recommend this garage! Both Charlene and Martin were both fantastic and kept me calm. They were very approachable and friendly the whole time. Thank you ☺️

Great Service! Took the car for aircon regas and wheel alignment! Really helpful staff, friendly and welcoming! I sat and waited for the work to be done, it didn't take long at all! Would definitely recommend and will be taking my car for MOT and service later this year! 👌

Charlene and Chris were fantastic sorting out my car for MOT. Very honest and trustworthy branch. Have used for a few years and always had great service! Highly recommend!

Tyres were changed in great time, was offered tea and biscuits, whilst waiting I heard the service they offered and it was so good, really happy staff and incredible way of dealing with customers!

Can't believe I have previously used Ford instead of formula one Swindon. Amazing work done and at a very good price. Staff were excellent and the new lady Charlene, couldn't be more helpful. Would Definitely use them again. Thank you Charlene for your help today. Tony

Took my car to the Swindon branch for MOT,

Unfortunately it failed due to a broken coil spring, no big deal they can repair at a reasonable price. Agree to repairs which due to parts being incorrect and then breaking multiple other parts they had my car for a week. Upon receipt of my car back I noticed on the MOT there was now a new advisory which wasn't there before. So after looking into I realise that they had to remove this part in order to fix the spring so they have now broken that too and rather than fixing it they have added it as an advisory. They also damaged the rear seats of the car which I now have to try claim to be repaired. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm hugely disappointed.

Turned up on Saturday to be told they didn't have me booked in. (They blamed tyresave and actually I believe them because they have been useless) They then did re book me in for the next day which was ok. I turned up on the Sunday to be told that there were no tyre fitters in so we rebooked for Tuesday. Turned up on the Tuesday to be told that they were short staffed so there would be a wait. Waited for 2.5 hours to then be told the turntable had been broken. So after 3 attempts and 120 miles of driving I still have no tyres. I will say that the staff were not unpleasant and actually dealt with me very well considering how annoyed I was. But the lack of staff and organisation is just awful. A simple phone call on the Sunday would have been an easy fix. I can't get any compensation for my wasted fuel or time because I booked through a third party (tyresave please avoid these) The whole situation was awful but this is a moan at the company in general not the staff that were there.

(AVOID) Would of have 0 if I could this company violates all company policy’s and procedures they breach VPE on customers cars staff are completely underpaid and treated like crap from the regional (ALAN) it’s a slave trade whole centre falling apart with outdated equipment and broken equipment workshop and waiting area including toilets are vile will never work for a company this bad again they make Kwik fit look like professionals, they let you on holiday leave come back in and sack you on the spot with no evidence no proof and refused to go in to detail about the problem I never had any warnings since starting the company just come in to my first shift back from holiday and was brought in to the break room and layed off without and proof or valid reason I was also promised a meeting to solve this issue but the senior management backed out and told me I’m not having one they are breaking the law and ALAN the regional has a vendetta against people who have ADHD customers really need to avoid this place, better off going to Save on tyres or Kwikfit as they are a lot better and have actual respect for customers and there staff (AVOID)

Great service & helpful staff, got a small job fixed on my car, and it was ready to collect within an hour.

I went to get my brake discs, brake pads and wiper blades replaced. I was informed I’d receive a call when my car was ready to collect and that it would certainly be before the end of the day. I received no call, so I followed up just before closing time, and I was told all work had been completed. I went back to the garage, paid in full and when I got in my car, I immediately noticed the blades had not been changed. What has followed is weeks of nightmarish exchanges with various staff members and multiple trips to the garage. Nobody seems to know anything, and nobody seems to care! I’m still waiting on my partial refund for the wiper blades and, based on my personal experience with the staff at the Swindon branch, I’m not confident that the brake pads and discs were replaced.
