Had car booked in for MOT, rang them before to ask if they could stick some tyres on if I brought car in early and they had the tyres on it and MOT'D quicker than expected, super friendly staff that knew how to crack a joke and still be serious.
Happily going to return back for any other work that might need doing in future

Excellent service. Had some work done on my car. All staff was great and receptionist was polite.

Had the usual polite service from our local Formula One at Swindon. Have always found them accommodating.
My Tyre Repair Service was booked online -but the email confirmation notice didn't appear/get sent, so luckily their phone number that they supply (which was worth screen shotting!), was effectively used.
Although the garage appointment was running late (which has always been the norm, since using 'F1' over the last 10 years), the busy though polite mechanic decided to decline fixing the tyre leak- due to it's age and condition -a 2021 Bridgestone tyre with 4mm tread (the puncture was inside the first track of tread away from the shoulder). Replacement tyre options were mentioned (of course-the norm again) but I declined, believing that the tyre would last at least 3 more months.
I did not get charged for any of the tyre inspection work but do greatly appreciate the time 'F1' took to locate the source of the leak.

Amazing customer service.....Charlene is pleasant, knowledgeable, and has an amazing customer care approach.......have had wheel alignment and aircon gas done at her Swindon branch......will be back again when I need them in the future....excellent

Excellent customer service from Charlene at the swindon branch who was extremely helpful and spent time explaining the numbers on the tyres to ensure I had the right ones.

Have recently started using F1 Autos for my 2 vehicles. I find that they do a great job, don't try and charge you for unnecessary work, and the customer service is brilliant, helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend - Swindon branch

Booked my Dacia Duster in for a full service via book my garage website, as quoted from website they didn't charge any extra or have hidden costs, Charlene recommended brake fluid change i also asked if they could look at brake squeak, the team couldn't of been more helpful and knowledgeable all it needed was a clean and readjust handbrake. Charlene and the team were wonderful, best experience I've had from a garage very clean reception and waiting area too. When our other car is due for service this will be the place I will take our cars from now on.

Booking for a new tyre online was easy.
When I got there I was under time pressure so I asked if I could move the booking to a later time, which was no problem.
The technician found that the tyre didn't need replacing and only needed a repair which they duly, showing honesty. The tyre I had booked in for was credited back in one day.
All the staff I met were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and gave a great service.

I cannot thank Charlene, the new manager here enough. Service was second to none. I brought a tyre online. That should have been sent to Charlene but she was let down due to stock levels in a central location. I arrived on Sunday at my booked time, which is when it became apparent the tyre did not arrive. I needed a tyre there and then as I was at 1.6mm. Charlene found a solution, which given my cars odd size was nothing less than a miracle. Her Tech Martin worked on my car and found my tyre pressure sensor core had been broken from the last time I had a fitment. Once again, Charlene pulled a rabbit out of a hat and found a part to keep me mobile. If she couldn't have done that, I would have had to leave my car with her. Thank you for looking after me, I cannot recommend this place enough and will not hesitate to go again.

Great customer service from the very experienced Charlene and her team. Fitted me in quickly when I turned up, without an appointment after picking up a nail in my tyre.

Definitely will not suggest to use their service as very rude attitude towards the customer. When you attend to appointment they even didn't bother to call in advance to let know that they cancelled your appointment.

I went to formula 1 in swindon...cant fault them...needed a fault on my car sorted and charlene,harry and shane sorted it...thanks guys c ye the morrow for the service

Would like to thank Charlene and Harry for doing my car I got excellent service from them both would definitely recommend them they went that much further to get my car done for me thank you both again

I took my car in for an M.O.T at swindon branch, it failed with six major faults, and I was told " you might be lucky and the repairs are over 300 so you can pay in instalments, but I don't have time to qoute you now for the work call us tommorow".
With that I called the following day to be quoted 520.
My car has quite a sentimental value to me, however due to repairs I was considering scrapping it.
It remained of road, and I decided I would put it in for an M.O.T elsewhere, and if all come back the same I would then decide what I would do.
My car went for a new M.O.T elsewhere after a month off road and passed with two minors !!
This has caused me a massive inconvenience.

Just had 2 tires done Charlene explained will be a wait due to short staff but was done quick all happy staff little boy had fun looking at flying cars through the window will be going back
