Had to get my exhaust system checked as at MOT it was advised I have a minor leak,
Good honest sets of Guys at location even let me have a look at the Exhaust myself.

Perfect experience from Josh @ Strood centre. Helped with putting on two new tyres, before we went on holiday. Service was above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I took my car into the Formula One Autocentre in Strood, Kent. After an unfortunate incident with a pothole it needed two new tyres. The service I received was exemplary. The manager Dave could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to help me out. It was late in the day when my car was delivered there, and they did not have my tyres in stock. However, he ordered the immediately and I drove away with my two new tyres by 11o'clock the following morning. I was absolutely delighted with the fantastic service I received and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Went in to get my brakes checked in the strood store and they were able to squeeze me in straight away on a Saturday afternoon.
They went above and beyond to get hold of the parts to do it for me that day.
Also changed two tyres for me and were really lovely and helpful

I’ve been using F1 Strood for the past 8 years for all of my vehicles. They have always provided a great service.
Today whilst in for a full service they noticed I needed a new rear tyre which I was already aware of. I would normally have to order the tyres in for my pick up. But the guys went out and picked up a pair of tyres so I wouldn’t need to make a revisit. Great service and always very helpful.

This review is formula 1 auto Centre strood. Firstly I have to say thank you for accepting my car at such chort notice for an MOT. I was greeted by Dave at the reception, very friendly and welcoming. He took my car immediately into the service area for MOT, I was seated in the waiting room and Could see the test been carried out. It didn't take long at all, I was given a report for recommendations and certificate and invoice receipts issued.
I must confess when I read the reviews, I was scared but since the garage I usually used and a few others were fully booked I had to bring it to this garage.
I also got a good will gesture from Dave for being a frontline worker in the NHS.
All I'm saying is I'm definitely coming back and I'll be telling all my friends,family and colleagues about this garage.

Had an unexpected issue with my exhaust. The guys were happy to help same day for a very reasonable rate and explained everything clearly.

The strood branch was honestly so helpful and efficient. The gentleman on the front desk was very friendly and gave the best customer service. Would highly recommend.

Car booked in for Wednesday phoned to confirm was told could not do it will have to bring it in on Thursday took it there today waited around to be told they don't do the new gas for tha air-conditioning what a waste of time won't use again.

Just want to give a quick shoutout to Daljit at the Strood centre, i went in for a wheel alignment and he ensured it was actioned quickly and was very kind.

Formula One Strood is the best garage there is! Daljit is amazing & the rest of the team too. I bought my car in to them today as I had a suspicion my suspension was playing up, they saw me right away - gave me all the advice I needed and even helped me save some money! I’ve now booked 4 new tyres in with them & my mot and I wouldn’t trust another garage to look after my car. They’re the best!!!

Great service. Just been in to Strood branch to try and get tyre repaired on my sons car. Couldn’t be repaired as too close to edge but quickly got tyre changed at decent price. Very friendly guy on front desk too

I take all of my cars to these guys(9 in total) and what I like about them is that they are real mechanics, none of this just plugging the car in and then charging for what isn't necessary. They check, they advise and we when a part is needed they get it quickly. Very knowledgable about classic cars and modern cars and always find a way to sort any problem, I wouldn't go anywhere else, all of these guys are the best, I don't know about any other branches but Strood is the top of the tree where sorting modern and classic cars out.
Their pricing is very fair and the work outstanding. I had a brake trouble on my Veloster and after a coupe of days they found it and instead of just keep charging me for a new brake cylinder every year they sorted the problem and it flew through the MOT, they have also worked on my modern cars with the same outcome, problem sorted, quickly, efficiently and good prices.
It's unusual these days to find real mechanics that know what they are doing, this branch all of them know what they are doing!!!

I ARRIVED A THEIR BRANCH IS COMPLETE PANIC AFTER I HAD A LIGHT APPEAR COME ON MY CAR DASHBOARD... THE STAFF AT STROOD BRANCH WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND SO UNDERSTANDING CONSIDERING THE PANIC I WAS IN ABOUT THE CAR. THEY WERE AFFICIANT, AND VERY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGH COMMUNICATION. I WILL RECCOMEND THIS BRANCH TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY FOR THE FUTURE.
