Dave & Team at F1 Strood have worked on my car a couple of times. Always received excellent customer service. All staff are helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Highly recommend.

Strood centre- Called on Monday as my break pad light came up on my car. I was told to bring my car down first thing on Wednesday and they are all sorted. Quick and reliable service once again. Always get my MOTs done here. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Also dropped my debit card in the card park, the guys called me and kept it safe until I came and collected. Highly recommend, thanks for a great service.

Strood F1. What great service. I was convinced I had a suspension issue due to a rattling sound. Both James (mgr) and Dave (dep) went out of their way to thoroughly check the car. My wife and children are due to go on a long trip and I was very concerned they would be safe. After 4 hours and a long test drive nothing was found but the noise I was convinced was coming from the suspension was in fact part of the (window) electric motor in side the rear offside door.
I felt such an idiot but the guys were really cool about it and despite the long diagnosis time they refused to charge me. Suffice to say, I’ll be back. Integrity like that is hard to find these days. Thankyou.

Had an MOT at F1 Autocentre’s back in April and Daljit and the guys were amazing and so helpful with their constant communication and answering all of my questions - one of the best garages I’ve been to in my time driving.

Been taking my cars here for 8-10 years, always been spot on with their service. Last couple of times I've taken my car here with faults they haven't been able to clearly diagnose the fault but instead given my a list of things it could be. Understandably not all garages deal with all faults. I still took my car here for it's mot and service as I've done for the past 8 or 10 years. They found a number of faults on my car at the service but no mention of an oil leak. Taken to another garage and they claimed that it had been leaking a while and should've been picked up on the mot and master service especially as I had paid extra for oil. As I've said I've always had a great service here but my last experience I found a bit worrying going on the other garages verdict.

I was towed to the workshop with a split tyre. The manager checked they had the correct tyre before I was left there. The tyre was fitted almost immediately. However, there was a problem with the car computer as by being towed it thought the car had been in a crash so needed a computer reset. Josh, another member of staff heard the problem and after talking through a computer to my car's computer and driving the car twice to sort out the problem reset the computer. I was so grateful as I had driven from west Sussex with my 89 year old mother and was returning home the next day. What an amazing friendly and helpful staff.

Brilliant. My exhaust fell off travelling down from Norfolk to see family. I was stuck with out anyway of a repair. I popped in and 3 hours later the car was done. Manager was a really nice bloke. Thank you.

Had my car serviced at Strood F1 AutoCenter 0n 10/05/23 and very happy, liked the fact I was shown the ex parts, that being my brake discs and pads and knew to be true because they were rusted, car runs smooth - service time was excellent, and car returned in a better state ! The team that day was very professional and will definitely use them again.
