MOT experience
A bit of a bad start. I’d gone back to collect my car from the Darwen location following a scheduled MOT, and it turned out they didn’t realise I’d dropped my car off an hour earlier. Chris at the Darwen location totally redeemed the situation and jumped into action. Car failed the MOT and the total bill took me by surprise, but, after finding out I had the option to break it up into instalments - I was so relieved. The repairs were taken care of a few days later, and upon filling in my payment plan, needed to get a bank approval code sent to my phone. You simply couldn’t make this stuff up… but…. my phone promptly died. :D Chris remained calm and kindly disappeared to find a compatible charger. Once phone had gained enough charge to switch on, code was received and the payment plan completed. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty???!!! Car now feels and drives amazing!!! Can’t thank them enough and I feel confident its all been done to a high standard.

Great Garage in Darwen
Booked my car in with F1 in Darwen Lancahire, the whole experiance from start to finish was simply the best!
Would recomend to anybody to use them --- F! should be proud to have such a well run branch

Phoned this morning and spoke to Chris about my exhaust on my Peugeot and he couldn't have been any more helpful.
Quote given and awaiting fitting tomorrow.
Highly recommended and what a nice friendly guy.
