Booked online for an AM puncture repair, got there bang on 8.30am and they told me they had nothing booked in, even though I had an email confirmation, wouldn't even look at the email! Absolute joke!! Wouldn't offer me a refund and said I need to contact the online team, Avoid this branch as they just don't care at all, what's the point of an online booking system if it doesn't work!! Didn’t even get an apology

Excellent service. They fitted me in at short notice for an aircon clean and regas and completed the work required really quickly to an excellent standard.

The team at the Darwen branch were great, I really couldn't have asked for more. I was in a pickle and they were very accommodating to get me back on the road - would highly recommend!

After going here for 5 years, I'm still very happy with the service. They're professional, friendly, and never overcharge or try to get you to do unnecessary work. I don't live close, but it's really worth the trip for MOT/service. Will continue going to this garage for the next 10 years!

The boss and his assistant did an "above and beyond" job of getting us on our way after a serious tyre blow out, and problems with the locking nut.

My wife has had a really good experience again with the Darwen garage.

We're driving a long distance tomorrow and the engine warning light has come on, so she's worried.

I had a puncture on a Sunday, so I went to Formula 1 in Darwen without a pre booked appointment. The guy there was great, he had a couple of tyres to fit for a customer who booked in then got straight on to my puncture repair. Even helped to unpack and repack the boot to retrieve the locking not. Really excellent service.

The service provided was Very professional and smooth. I arrived at the stipulated and handed the keys over. They had the job done within the time stated and notified me that it was completed. I will definitely be using them again.

This is the 3rd time I've used Formula One Autocentre in Darwen and they never disappoint. Great communication, work done professionally and promptly all reasonably priced and friendly service. I've recommended them to my partner who's used them multiple times too. Thank you again!

My experience with Formula One Garages has been more than excellent. There is a level of high consistency across the garages. I went to Sheffield and got Five star service. Needed a replacement on warranty and went to Darwen....the service was just the same even better and pain free considering the work had been done in Sheffield. I strongly recommend these guys the customer care is fantastic and not expected of Multiple branch businesses.

We desperately needed new indicator bulbs fitted in time for going on our holidays tomorrow. As neither my husband nor I could manage to do it, I rang the Blackburn branch to ask if they supplied and fitted new bulbs. After taking all the necessary car details, an appointment was made for lunch time.
The young man was very helpful, and managed to unscrew the casing and replace the bulbs, getting soaked in the process!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again.

What professional friendly guys dealt with Paul and Chris. Great viewing area I had 2 new goodyear tyres, balancing, tracking and an MOT - All done in 2hrs. Nothing too much trouble and great prices too - give this family owned business a try - you will not be disappointed!

Darwen, Lancashire branch… Only giving 2 stars! I took my car in for both front bearings replaced. Fair play, to the best of my knowledge so far, they were fitted well. However, in the process they damaged one of my heat shields, (back plate),: This causing the heat shield to rub and press against the brake causing a horrible squealing noise. I took my car back to the garage.
They said they'd sorted the issue, which I took at face value, only to find out the issue was not sorted. TBH! I don't really think they did anything, it was only by chance that a really helpful car accessories shop gave me some advice and I sorted the issue myself by removing the wheel and bending the plate back into place. After care does not exist at this garage. Please beware!

The staff are always really friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble! Such a reliable team at Darwen F1. Would recommend all day long.
