Love my Porsche Taycan, that Ezoo arranged for me. Great to deal with and super efficient!

Loving the Porsche Taycan! Great spec, good price and support throughout in getting this amazing car found, ordered and delivered has been a pleasure; despite me being very picky with a long wish list! Hiten and Lash were very patient and super super helpful! Here’s to a positive relationship with Ezoo for decades to come!

Having been a very happy customer with ONTO since early 2020, driving 4/5 different cars and only recently forced into considering a change to another provider due to ONTO's demise, I took great care in reviewing and assessing the market for an alternative company from which to lease. All parts of the EZOO process has been a delight with every member of the team I have come across to date being extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When collecting our vehicle from the Glasgow Hub, Ross was a pleasure to deal with and my wife and I look forward to watching EZOO continue to grow and develop towards becoming a leading provider of EV's throughout the UK (& beyond !)

After first making contact with EZOO, the whole process of selecting two EV's for our business could not have been easier. Given a single point of contact, Ross could not have been more helpful in setting things up. The cars were delivered on time on the date agreed and post customer followup by phone and email absolutely excellent.

We would highly recommend EZOO and if you can get Ross to look after you.

I have been working with EZOO for almost 3 years, the service has always been fantastic, and they provide great spec, reliable vehicles. Ross was very helpful in guiding me to a vehicle that perfectly meets my need, and my budget. Delivery was easy and the driver was very helpful in showing me how to use the vehicle. The MG is excellent: comfortable and very well equipped. I am happy to recommend EZOO and the MG4 EV Trophy Long Range.

Rory was great while I was swapping over from my zoe to my kona details down to a T

Delivery of the Kona Bavli was so knowledgeable of the vehicle and was very helpful and pleasant.

And Ross for me stood out as after a week of having the Kona I was having issues which he had got it book in the Hyundai to have a Look at apart from the rear camera that needed fixing was told it was fine. 2 hours late I contacted Ross on Friday night so out of office who gave me the Details Of AA. At this point told me car was only safe to drive back to Hyundai. Great! let Ross know he messaged me each day to make sure I was ok and letting me know Monday morning this was being sorted
And he kept to his word by Monday mid afternoon I had a new Kona delivered

These 3 people are a credit to ezoo and I want to thank Ross for sorting so quickly making sure I could make the hospital appointments I need to and get there safe

They find the worst possible car available to max out their profits. We complained about our car and a few months into the rental, no surprise, our car failed the MOT. The EZOO-appointed companies who collected/fixed/delivered the car to solve the MOT issue actually damaged the car. EZOO refuses to accept their responsibility, dismisses our evidence and is obviously attempting to charge ludicrous repairs costs. If you want to drive unsafe cars failing MOT, not get any apologies and pay silly money, EZOO is definitely the right company for you.

More great service. I had an email query which was responded to promptly by email and the EZOO representative (Tanesha) actually gave me a follow-up phone call to check that everthing was dealt with to my satisfaction. Amazing!

I bought a Renault Zoe second hand from Ezoo and Sukhi was so incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and even arranged a next day delivery of the vehicle which was amazing. He took great care explaining the features of the car and made sure I had everything I needed. I really cannot fault this experience - it’s certainly set the bar high! Thank you so much Sukhi 😁

We found the entire process with choosing, booking our business car and the on boarding a straight forward process.

The vehicle was delivered on time and spotlessly clean and as booked.

Great customer service from both Ross and Sharon. The Audi Q4 Etron 35 was subscribed and delivered on time. Thank you for accommodating us in finding an EV car immediately available at such emergency.

The only minor comment would be that the car when delivered was not professionally clean.

Somehow, don’t ask how, I locked my car key in the boot of my car. The Ezoo helpline worked perfectly and I was able to call the VW assist who came out within half an hour but sadly could not open the car. Lash the CEO messaged me with a solution and within 45 mins he had left me a spare key at my local gym! Job done! I can’t thank them enough!

Vehicle in excellent conditions and delivered exactly in time, agent kept in contact during the whole process as I was travelling from away to pick up the car and we had to meet (company does not deliver at my address like others did)

Very efficient service and delivery process.

They were very flexible when we wanted to extend the lease on a number of occasions. We had the car for 2 years in the end, with it being on a short term lease at the start and they were really accommodating.
Collected the car at the end of the lease on time.

An excellent experience all round. Thoroughly recommended!
