Sales and Support through the Business subscription for the Macan EV has been great from Katie and Alex, they are swift with responses and support and provide great deals with insurance included.

Shuki had also ensured my recent issues with my vehicle has been promptly addressed alongside setting up my Porsche app within a few days of delivery. I'm very impressed with the level of customer service they provide.

The spec of my Macan EV has actually been very good with most of the required functionalities included, I would hope as a forward improvement to perhaps have newer cars/fleet with less mileage and perhaps more varied options for the business subscription stocks to choose from. Other than that, would love to continue with Ezoo on business subscriptions basis and try out other models upcoming.

I had a business subscription with EZOO for my company on a Tesla Model Y. I first dealt with Lash on my original query, who was really helpful, explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout. The whole process was straightforward and smooth. The car was delivered within a week and the driver gave a great handover, walking me through the car. Excellent service from start to finish.

The entire onboarding process with these guys was flawless! They were professional, quick to deal with and always lovely to speak with.

Whilst I may not go with Ezoo because I found a better deal elsewhere, Abbey has personally been great. Super helpful, honest and speedy with her approach. Can’t fault her. Didn’t give 5 starts purely because I didn’t find the company competitive but my experience was still fantastic. Thanks and maybe we’ll do business one day in the future!

Bought a Tesla Model 3 performance from Sukhi and the customer service from himself and the company was outstanding. I left a deposit and only picked the vehicle up 2 weeks later and they held it for me although loads of people were after the same vehicle and offered more money for it. They kept their side of the deal which is fantastic to see nowadays. Picked me up from the train station and let me look around the car and test drive it and always being super polite and professional. Would definitely buy from Ezoo again without a 2nd thought. Keep up the great work Sukhi and thank you again for meeting me on a weekend when you are normally closed. Excellent service, all other companies should look at Ezoo and follow their customer service policy.

Hiten has been amazing at arranging my launch edition tesla model y. I told him when the car was announced and I was literally first in London to get one. Amazing car in everyway.

Amazing from start to finish, from first phone call with Arron to picking car up was perfection, would not hesitate to buy from Ezoo again, Arron went above and beyond with our car purchase for our daughters 18th birthday surprise, couldn’t have done it without him!

Very positive experience. Hiten looked after me well and was always extremely quick to respond to queries. When the manufacturer had a delay in delivering the car, Hiten and Lash sorted me out with a different option without even having to ask.

Fantastic process with Hiten , he gave me 3 different options or cars and what each benefit of the different models were have my mg ev4 and it’s been great highly recommend and have done so to fellow colleagues .

From the first viewing to then actually picking up the car Arron and Ross where there every step of the way constantly giving advice and keeping me in the loop and updated on everything that was going on. I really can not thank Arron and Ross enough for answering all my questions at any point of the day, they really have been so supportive and the help they have given goes above and beyond what you would expect their customer service really is 10/10 , to the car being perfectly clean when picking the vehicle up and having a full charge. I cant thank them enough they have made my driving experience 10x better and made me very calm and have zero stress about the whole situation.
