Glasses never arrived keep fobbing you off with pathetic excuses it's been a month and still awaiting refund. Avoid this dodgy seller.

Chinese products. You have to hold your book 10cm close to your eyes to see something. Brills are really a joke; confirmed by professional.

These reading sunglasses are rubbish, its just a piece of plastic stuck inside the sunglasses for reading and the plastic is far to big and they make your eyes ache as soon as you put them on. Do not buy

Despicable service. Birmingham address but items sent from Ireland that as can be seen from other reviewers take unacceptable timescales.
Would not use again.

Very nice glasses at affordable prices. Eyelids has a lovely selection of modern glasses, I love my readers I purchased from them, they look like designer glasses.

Eyelids has great prices on their readers and very fast delivery. It only took me 3 days to get the readers that I ordered from them to replace my broken readers. The ones I got from Eyelids are better looking and more sturdy.

Slechte nepzooi. Heb betaald voor track en trace binnen 4-6 dagen. Er komt niks. Ook geen track en trace ontvangen. Klantenservice is 06 nummer in NL vanuit huis. Die dame is verder vriendelijk maar kan er ook niks aan doen. Als ik de bril over vier weken niet heb kan ik mijn geld terugvragen. Hier koop ik niet meer!

Een dubieus bedrijf. Vrij sluw. Gemiddeld zorgen ze voor de helft voor tevreden klanten. Bij de andere helft komen ze de leveringsverplichtingen niet na. Gewoon door blijven drammen tot ze leveren of daadwerkelijk het koopbedrag terugstorten. Het gaat weliswaar om kleine bedragen maar het loont waarschijnlijk wel. Maken gebruik van standaard mailtjes

Uiteindelijk de bril toch na 13 dagen ontvangen. Afspraak was 4-6 dagen met Track & Trace. Communicatie is slecht. Geen T&T ontvangen dus weet niet of de bestelling wordt geleverd. Wel voor T&T €9,50,- betaald. Dus dit is geen nepsite maar wel vaag.

I got my new readers in the mail today. I absolutely love them. They were sent in a timely manner with no problems at all. They are well made and sturdy. The fit was perfect. They fit on your nose very comfortably. These are the best on the market in my opinion. I would definitely order again.

Ook brillenketting met kristallen kralen staat super leuk.
Mij heeft Eyelids als vaste klant erbij.
Zijn echt een aanrader.

2 brillen besteld, 1 aangekomen waarvan ik sterk vermoed dat de bioptrie niet correct is, en de andere is nooit aangekomen. Shady bedrijf, opereert niet vanuit NL.

Commande ok. Paiment ok par paypal. Colis reçu. Lunettes tres belle, conforme à la photo et à ce que j' en attendais.
Rapport qualité prix correct. Lunettes solaire de belle qualité. Ils ont réponduent a une question par mail assez rapidement.
Rien a redire j' ai eus une bonne experience avec eux. Je leur recommanderais des lunettes.

i have ordered and paid via paypal a few pair of lenses mid february and have been waiting for them to arrive ever since. its the 24th of march today.
I have sent my 3rd reminder today. with the request for a tracking number. if they cant provide it i have asked them to cancel and refund my order.
lets see if they react.

I decided to check out recent reviews for Eyelids when, 15 days after my order was notified as dispatched, there was still no sign of delivery. Surprise, surprise! Review after review complained about unreasonably long shipping times. Eyelids says delivery is delayed because of COVID, but other suppliers are getting their goods promptly to their customers. Ebay sellers who use Royal Mail, are quoting about 7 days, but packages often arrive well before this, so take note, Eyelids - swift shipping can be achieved if you want it to. At the moment COVID is a good excuse, but based on the number of negative reviews (48% are bad) and the consequent loss of business I am surprised that issues with dispatch practices and/or choice of carrier have not been addressed before now.

Just received my eyelids reading glasses. They are amazing beautiful quality . Expensive looking frames very sturdy.
So pleased.

Great product, service, and delivery. It took a few days longer to arrive, but very understandable because of all the postal delays.
I will definitely order from Eyelids again

Bestelling in december na een maand niks binnen , geld terug gevraagd, na 4 x vragen eindelijk terug gekregen, excuus was door de corona en feestdagen duurt het langer.

Ik heb 2 leesbrillen besteld en binnen 2 weken zijn ze netjes bezorgd.

3 weeks after ordering glasses still not arrived.

Contacted them more than once and was told they had been sent by post on the day I ordered them and I should carry on waiting.

Asked for a refund, they refused and told me I would receive them 'shortly'.

Had to get my card issuer to refund me.

Would advise anyone to avoid this company.
