Hilary was very good at initiating the contract renewal process and then continued to keep me updated. She rightly contacted me when I was sometimes slow to respond! I had been wary of using a broker as I have had a bad experience in the past where I didn't get the best deal for our company. I shared my concerns with Hilary who every time I had spoken to her had been friendly and polite. Hilary put me at ease that she had the best interests of our company as priority and was very professional and efficient arranging our new deal. I will be happy to arrange future deals with her.
