I came to Evans Halshaws Vauxhall Leeds with my car for a service and I was welcomed by the staff and looked after from start to finish I was very pleased with the service on my vehicle and very satisfied

Amazing service by Rob and the team at Evans Halshaw, really looked after me and my car, really impressed. Disappointed I filled up the hire car and the next day I had a call to say my car was ready despite saying it would be in for longer but I really appreciate the team, and highly recommend.

Took my cat to the body shop at Leeds. Robert did a fantastic job, went above and beyond to get it done in time for me.
Would highly recommend.

Would have been 5 star had we not had courtesy car withdrawn

Car broke down 20 minutes after purchasing it. It was then with them for 2 weeks and "repaired". A week later it broke down again.

Very poor communication and they even tried to charge me for the fuel they used.

Was due to view a car on Monday - called on Sunday for some pictures . I was told it had been sold the previous day . I was due to drive 3 hours, I had offered a holding deposit and was told it was not necessary. Really disappointed.

I recently visited Here for a first service on my car. The process to book and follow up from the service team was very good. Not only were they very friendly and helpful but also kept me informed of everything that was happening. The follow up calls and the completed service in a timely manner where much more efficient than other garages I’ve attended.

Avoid this dealership. I bought a car from them last year and it was riddled with problems from day one. They refused to stand over any of the issues.

To make matters worse, I’ve now discovered that a year later the car was never transferred into my name. This is the legal responsibility of the dealership under DVLA rules, not the customer’s. Because of their failure, I received fines for having no tax — and I never got the DVLA reminders, as the letters were being sent to the wrong address.

When I rang to resolve this, I was promised a manager would call me back, but no one ever did. After being repeatedly put on hold and hung up on, I eventually got through using another number. The manager I finally spoke to was dismissive and told me it was my fault, even though their negligence created the situation in the first place.

Terrible customer service, no accountability, and no protection as a buyer. If you think buying from a dealership gives you more security than going private, think again.

My second hand car needed some attention within the warranty period. Booked in dealt with without any fuss or charge. Thanks. What stood out was the service from Julie .... WOW what a fantastic lady. Above and beyond. Customer service these days is awful usually... However Julie good old fashioned 150% tip top service. Outstanding to say the least. Julie is an angel, an absolute gem. Thank you Julie you made not only my day but my year

Since purchasing my car in April 2024 from Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Leeds I’ve had nothing but great service from everyone I’ve had contact with. My car was serviced there earlier this year and has just had its first MOT there and once again I was looked after by Sarah. Sarah is a credit to the company, always smiley, friendly and helpful and I feel like I’ve known her for years!

Bought my car from Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Leeds. On my way home from dealership I noticed some squeaking sound while applying brakes . Got in contact with service Department and Sarah at the service department booked me in straightaway for a car check , after that parts were ordered and car was booked in again and all work carried out in a very good way . I must say Sarah is very helpful and always ready to welcome customers with a smiling faces. Keep up the good work , totally satisfied

took my car in for safety recall check on cam chain. have cameras fitted front and rear, which showed the car in the workshop for little over an hour mainly telling me what work i should have done, but no signs of any tools being used to remove parts to get to the cam chain or to do the oil and filter change supposedly done. tole the cam cover has a leak but surely this would be rectified when removing it to check the chain. would not use this company. the oil filter still had the everyday dust on it and had obviously not been removed and replaced. only given 1 star because zero is not an option

I recently enquired about a used Mini Cooper at the Leeds EH dealership and dealt with Louie Gibson.
Annoyingly, I had to change my appointment twice (my doing) but Louie happily accommodated this. When we eventually did meet up for the test drive, car exchange details, discussion etc, Louie was professional, friendly, very helpful and patient. He was also knowledgeable about the different cars we discussed. I didn't buy this particular Mini and I'm not local to Leeds, however when I do decide which model I want, eventually, I will be giving EH the first opportunity for my business. I also have a neighbour who has recently had a very pleasant experience in buying a car from EH - again she said the staff at the Blackburn dealership went above and beyond to help her with details. Which is why I was happy to travel to Leeds for this particular car. I can honestly recommend EH for a new or used car. Thank you.

They picked the car up for its service on time I tracked it on there app when it was done they brought it back when they said 5 star service nothing more to say only thank you.

This is my first time buying a car solo. Hamza was extremely patient and helpful with the cars I was looking at. He sent a video of the car before I came to view it in person.

Upon arriving at the site, he was again very helpful and explained every element of the purchase. No feeling of pressure to purchase at any time, and I felt comfortable to ask any questions. I would recommend this dealership. Ask for Hamza!

I had my M.O.T booked at evens halshaw I took it down the reception staff were very polite and welcoming they took my details for the car and took the keys and then they gave me the keys for the hire car until my cars test was completed the receptionist came out and went through the ins and outs of the hire car (electric) never been in one but it turned out to be quite nice to drive.
Got a call to say my car was ready to pick up all done. Then everything back to normal

First time going to Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Leeds, first time financing a car due to having mine written off. I came in with a specific budget and requirements and Mike was the most helpful guy ever. He help me look through all thr cars in my budget and told me which one would be best for me. He was very friendly and honest. Before walking in I wasn't sure what to expect but once I went it I was very happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a car

Had our elevtric cars first service carried out recently. Our experience was very positive. The car wasn't ready for collection by the planned so was postponed to the following morning. I explained this was a problem as we needed the car 'on charge' overnight ready for a long journey the following day. This problem was solved by the sevice team putting it on charge overnight in the workshop. We therefore collected the car fully serviced and with 100% charge.
