I was kept up to date on the progress of my order from start to finish
I would highly recommend them
No pushy salesman just honest helpful staff

My New Peugeot got called in on a Safety Recall after about 6 months - Evans Halshaw Peugeot sorted it while I waited - took about 30 minutes, then good to go.

I took my Grandland in for its yearly service and its first MOT.
Everything was perfect as normal.
The service staff were very helpful and friendly. I was supplied with my loan vehicle for the day and was on my way in no time.

I'd booked to look at a car and test drive it with Louie. He was really very patient, helpful and not pushy at all. He spent a lot of time with us and I didn't feel rushed at any time.
Not the car for me in the end but a very pleasant, stress free experience overall.

Recently traded in my car for a new PCP... as it was a timely matter I didn't have chance to go elsewhere & search.

I picked a car online that needed to be transported to the Horsforth dealership, without a test drive etc.
I paid the deposit, singed all contracts immediately & then they became VERY UNHELPFUL.

I was told the new car would be ready to collect in 3 days, then a few days more, then a few days more... only when I went in myself to the dealership to force someone to do their actual job was I given the correct date (THREE WEEKS LATER from original order).

Whilst I am currently happy with the new car (albeit nothing goes wrong hopefully) & have never previously had a problem with Evans Halshaw, I will not be returning in the future due to the HORRIBLE communication from staff, NOBODY knew the status of the new car apart from one person eventually, and one actually saying "what do you want me to do about it?" which was the last straw, sending me down there myself where phone warriors are a lot less brave when you turn up in person.

Sort your staff out immediately & ensure they are not polite to customers up until the point of getting your deposit & contracts signed.

The ladies who deal with repair/service bookings are worth their weight in gold. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
They have been very professional dealing with the redundancies of drivers, having to call to advise you have to make your own arrangements to get your car in for its service.

I took my vauxhall electric car for its first service. When I dropped off the keys to service I explained that I had driven quite a distance due to a house move after the booking was made. Not only the distance but, I had really hurt my back and was in considerable pain. I explained this to the service reception lady. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I got my car back within a couple of hours.
I am so grateful to them for their help. As always, the actual service on the car was fantastic. However, it was the staff that really made a difference. Thank you.

I WAS TOLD THE CORRECT TIME MY CAR WOULD BE READY TO PICK UP AFTER A RECALL PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED. MY CAR WAS ALSO GIVEN AN OVERALL INSPECTION AND WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY AND THE MECHANIC DESCRIBED EVERY ITEM ON A ROAD WORTHY EXACTLY AS IT SHOULD BE.

We had to take our car in to Evans Halshaw-Vauxhall Leeds for a recall and the customer service was excellent we were only there for about an hour and they were very pleasant and helpful.

Did what they said they were going to do and in the time frame they said they were going to do it. Helpful and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

Poor experience from ordering to nearly one year down the line. Car only 10 month old, developed major fault, no estimate on repair time, no courtesy car, no communication from dealership.
Literally passed from pillar to post!
Avoid this company at all costs, simply do not care once they have your order!
