They were friendly from the moment they answered the phone and the service was superb all the way through the viewing, test drive and purchase. The support and time given was just right (noone likes a pushy sales member). Jacob was particularly good, he was knowledgable, friendly, patient, quick and responsive to all my questions via email - I got all the answers I needed to make purchasing my car a breeze!

Car sold with incompatible battery
I bought a Mercedes C-Class estate car from Evans Halshaw Bedford that was found out to be fitted with an incorrect battery.
Unfortunately Evans Halshaw refused to replace the incorrect battery in the car and I was stuck for a bill for £400 within the first 30 days.

Very helpful
I purchased a car from Jacob and was impressed by the help and support I received in the process. Jacob made it seem very straight forward and I appreciated the time he spent explaining the various buttons and functions included in the car and helping me get everything set up, phone connected etc.

We have just purchased a car from Jacob who made the whole process incredibly easy. He provided all the necessary details about the car, helped with the test drive and then allowed us time to look it over ourselves. For the purchase he explained everything clearly and easy to follow. At know point did we feel pressured to buy the car or any extras that were offered. All in all a fantastic experience

Untrustworthy
I took my car for an MOT in Bedford and was told it needed over £2000 of work to pass. However they would not give me a date for the work to be done unless I agreed and paid for the parts. After much pushing it turns out the work could not be done for potentially months as the part was on back order. They would charge £10 a day for a curtesy car in this period. I took the car to another garage to look it over and was told it did not need any of the work quoted. I brought my car back for a retest having no additional work done, only having the car looked over and it passed its MOT, proving the work was never necessary. Incredibly disappointed with the deceitful service and will not be returning for any MOT or servicing.
