The service desk were very helpful and courtesy and were knowledgeable of my requirements.

The staff were helpful and efficient, so we did not feel neglected and the rest facilities were very clean and comfortable.

Communication is key... Evans Hallshaw, was very much lacking in the process... in the end Leon communicated with me after 4 weeks of me calling the company to get results and progress of my vehicle... I understand that theirs a booking system, my car was book in online... for the Monday at the beginning of November... only to find it would take 5 weeks of me, waiting for my car to be completed... I had to rely on work colleagues for transport to and from work... the uncertainty of not being informed of the progress was stressful... but in the end Leon worked wonder's... he communicated to me, 5 weeks of waiting, for my car to be finish to the tune of £2934.60... I will not be using this garage again... the service was appalling.

There sales team were very helpful especially Mel on trading in my old car and purchasing our new used car and there warranty was very good aswell

I purchased my ford focus 2020 from this dealership 5 months ago and I bought full mechanical and electrical cover from Stellantis. All of a sudden my car is having sudden issues with the gear change and refuses to move into gear indicating a transmission fault and customer service has been nothing short of useless. I am paying so much money per month for insurance almost £85 a month, and my car is now completely unusable. I have asked customer service multiple times for a courtesy car or anything of the sort and they have declined. They gave me an appointment for almost 2 to 3 weeks in advance for the repair and are still charging £180 for diagnostics. What am I even paying for? The car has just hit 30k miles so does not count as high mileage at all! Stellantis have told me they will take up to 8 weeks to investigate why evans halshaw is taking so long to help which is outrageous. The least they could have done is given me a courtesy car for the duration of this breakdown since now I am stuck with no car and have given me an appointment so far into the future, I am basically paying insurance for nothing. Stellantis customer service has also been awful, constantly calls have been dropped and not been picked up, stellantis had also given me a bad credit score for zero reason which I had to get corrected after a long and terrible ordeal. Overall this has been terrible from both evans halshaw and stellantis and I will not be purchasing a ford or from this dealership again in Bedford.

Really pleased with James who helped me purchase vehicle. There was a slight issue with the brake pads meaning I had to bring my vehicle back, I was told by the service department it would only take 2 hours so to wait. I brought my vehicle for 8.30 in the morning to be done and went for some breakfast, 2 hours later I returned and my vehicle hadn't moved. Baring in my mind I had work that afternoon and didn't have time to wait all day this was disappointing that I had to then wait further than the 2 hours I was told.

Salesman was overall good.. however was new to the role and unsure of some of the procedures.. paper work took a long time to complete.. car was not valeted as agreed. Service was not completed properly . Car was returned for this to be done..
