Had a recall. 2 hour job, 2 hour wait expected. Was told to leave my car all day which shocked me. Spoke to the manager who was concerned of my situation. He turned it round for me. It was done in 1 hour 50 minutes. And he made me a coffee.

Impossible to park. Took 10 minutes to drive through overflow carpark due to being blocked several times. Eventually parked in one space I could find only to be told to move it and not to worry about blocking any cars in. As my car was on for a recall to repair a faulty airbag I would like some verification that the work was successfully completed. No paperwork was given and was told I would receive it at a later date. So am possibly still driving with a potentially dangerous car. The auto feedback is a joke, only allowing positive remarks.

We’ve brought a Chery Tiggo 8 through Louis and he’s been fantastic at keeping us updated on the arrival of the car. No pushy sales tactics just worked with us professionally to get us what we needed.

I recently bought a Chery Tiggo 8 from Evans Halshaw Bedford, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish thanks to Louis. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and completely honest throughout the entire process. There was absolutely none of that high-pressure, pushy sales attitude you sometimes dread when buying a car.
​To top it off, Louis actually came into the dealership on his day off just to personally handle and complete the handover for me. That is next-level customer service. If you're looking for a hassle-free car buying experience, ask for Louis. Highly recommended!

Came to look at a Kuga St Line X and dealt with Dom who was fab. Answered every question, was super easy to talk to and we ended up buying the car on the day. They even changed the battery on one of the keys as it was showing as low. Would highly recommend when looking for a Ford in the area.

We were looking to upgrade our daughter’s car, Morgan was our sales attendant and made this process smooth and quick. She was extremely knowledgable and talked us through all the processes, her communication was excellent and her vibrant energy made our buying experience phenomenal. When we got the car it was in an excellent condition, cleaned and had a welcome key chain waiting for us, an example of the attention to detail that made our experience stand out. Morgan didn’t rush us at any point and explained things clearly so we were always well informed.

I had made an appointment with Eddy who I have to say is an asset to the company, put myself and my mum at ease, and very professional and superb customer service. He had made sure the car was ready and gave simple directions to get most from test drive as I had travelled from out of area. Whilst out he assessed my car and on our return made us a coffee, nothing was too much trouble. At no point did I feel pressurised, he explained all the various options available clearly whilst giving me time to make my mind up. The end result I am over the moon with my ‘new’ car and would highly recommend this dealership . Great experience with Brandon would 100% buy from him again

I had my car serviced by a garage and they told me that there was a leak on the gearbox and take it to Evans Halshaw as it was still under warranty.
I booked an appointment with the service department and dropped the car off, I told the service advisor about the leak. The next day she phoned to say that the leak was from the engine and running down onto the gearbox, I said that the other garage had noticed the leak and that Evans Halshaw were a professional company and don't take any notice of what other garages say.
It then took another 2 days for her to phone and tell me it was not covered by the warranty and it would cost £850 to repair, I asked if I could collect the car and she said yes but I had to pay £180 diagnostic fee.
I emailed to let her know what time I would be picking the car up, on arrival she was nowhere to be seen, I paid and the invoice mentioned about being professional, I went straight back to the other garage who put the car on the ramp and recorded under the car, showing the leak at the front from the gearbox and also the minimal leak from the engine and also photos, one of the 2 different types of oil.
I then went back and showed the recording to which they said it would not be covered by the warranty, eventually emailed and spoke to the service manager who after a few emails said he would take the £180 off and repair for £450, I once again asked about the warranty and he said it's wear and tear so not covered, had the work done even though it was finished a day later
Bedford very careful of this department, as service advisor was very rude and condescending and also once they have your phone number on the system they don't answer

Do not bother they are not interested in selling cars . Turned up looking to buy a new Ford the two women could not be bothered with us and treated us as an inconvenience whilst scrolling on her facebook. Absolute joke of a dealership.

Evans Halshaw Ampthill Road - we visited off the cuff to look at a Seat Ateca. On arrival I was questioned where I got the photo from and advised this was off the website. Car was in a pound of cars ready to be cleaned and serviced. The picture in the website did not match at all the car that was waiting to be cleaned and serviced. Clearly they only prep the cars when a deposit is paid. Would suggest off the cuff visits..

I have my car serviced at Evans Halshaw every year, always a Great and Professional Service.
