Now sex life yes...seems i am erect a whole lot more then i ever was or have been in my life! But i didn't by these pills for my sex life so....

I purchased the strawberry lemonade flavor. It's ok not all that in the taste better to drink it cold....
One bottle 30min. before I start a workout doesn't matter what workout or exercise you do even working out in the yard. Lean will help take your sagging to firm and tone it works with you.
