Their customer service is just about nonexistent, they don’t reply on their email and take forever after the label is created to actually get your order to usps.

Edit: the issue with shipping was resolved shortly after i posted this review, as for the customer service i am still yet to receive a response

Order hasn't received an update, it's been a few days now and still no update on my recent order, it claims to still be awaiting fulfillment and I've contacted support but no reply, I've ordered from robocough.com before and received my package quickly I've also heard about the wait times and I wonder if I'm just being impatient😅 if so I apologize but the quicker the better I'm currently sick and I know dxm direct and sibling suppliers have the best bang for my buck so to speak, just hoping to receive any sort of update soon, I'd love to shop here again if possible

Just received my ‘order’ and the bag was split and of course it was empty!! It took almost a month and it still didn’t actually arrive!!! Disappointing DXM Direct. You’re usually quite reliable. Can I suggest better packaging? Perhaps using something more safety conscious so the bag doesn’t split??? I’m really upset about this because I paid a lot of $$. UPDATED 2/10 Ryan you’re amazing! He rectified everything sent me replacements and added extra! It’s because of genuine good people like yourself who do the right thing by the consumers that I’m changing this. ,You’re a rock star Ryan & DXM Direct.

Package shipped in no more than a week after placing the order, with very detailed tracking information all the way through, and lastly arrived in Western Europe about a month later including customs retention.

On that topic, it's very well possible your package may be retained in customs with the request of documents on your part such as proof of purchase. When this happened, I emailed Ryan through his @dxmdirect email address just as instructed shortly after placing my order, requesting guidance on what I should do next, expecting to receive documents on their part. There was never any further communication from the other side, and on the fifth day, I had to handle all the documentation on my own before the deadline expired. Not particularly difficult to ahem fabricate a convincing invoice that didn't mention DXM anywhere on it, but the lack of any customer support post-sale was disheartening to say the least.

I counted all the consumables and you get exactly what you pay for, and not taking any possible customs fees into consideration, it's pretty affordable. Overall, good experience save for all that detailed above.

I ordered from the Website on the 23rd of July. Today is the 8th of August, i reached to the support with no reply.
I really dont know what to think.

Update #1= I got a reply from Ryan saying there are complications which are understandable my package is supposed to get shipped tomorrow.

I have used them for years (actually since the site started...and before that used their old eBay store) and have had consistently positive experiences.

I have been ordering regularly for over a year, internationally, and have never had a problem. Fast shipping, affordable prices, quality product, excellent comms. They have gone out of their way to help me multiple times as well with personal requests with no dramas. I will never shop anywhere else

the first 2 times I ordered with dxmdirect were great (Dec 2025,January 2026). At the time my orders were instantly shipped, and would arrive within 2-3 weeks ( I live in Australia)

However, as of the past few months none of my orders get fulfilled until I directly email them asking what's going on with my order. Only then when I email them they mail it a day or 2 later. The first time this happened i waited a month with no fufillment until I asked, now I just ask everytime it's been more than a week and they haven't shipped my order. I would prefer if the team would communicate more with the status of orders if a reasonable amount of time has passed and they have been unable to ship them out instead of just waiting for people to ask.

As for the quality of the products, I order robotablets and they work as intended, and are indeed pure dextromethorphan with no fillers ECT. They are a trustworthy company when it comes to the actual product and are one of the only reputable sources to actually buy dxm, and despite the issues I would at this moment not recommend buying from anywhere that is not this company (if you live outside of the us) purely because it is not safe to do so and you do not know what you are actually getting.

Overall my experience is mixed, basically just push the team to get it sent and they will usually send it to you no issue but they shouldn't need pushing in the first place, I hate nagging people and I don't want to feel rude asking for a product that I pay a minimum of 80 AUD for.

It's been a month now with no confirmation email. I contacted them twice via email and was ignored. Very disappointed.

Edit: in response to this review, DXM Direct reached out and shipped my order immediately.

I have bought two times previously in this page and tbh everything went smooth; BUT this time it have been already 3 month without any sort of communication from the page i have email them and texted them using Reddit and i there wasn't luck.
Tbh in this moment i would like to idk get either my money or the product :/

I placed my order 8 days ago, but I haven't received any confirmation or a shipping number yet. I've seen many users say that they received these within 4-7 days of the date of purchase, but I haven't. I reached out to the merchant about 3 times over the past few days, but I haven't gotten a reply yet. DXM Direct, if you could help me out, it would be lovely! First time ordering from you.

Update 1: 16 days since ordering. Ryan got back to me, and we're in the process of fixing things. Though it did take time to get hold of the merchant, he is super kind and helpful. Will update when solved!

Update 2: 17 days since ordering. Ryan has been so helpful throughout the troubleshooting of this. Turns out, he only needed my phone number and customs code. The package has just started its shipment, can't wait.

Ordered on the 29th may, shipping label created on the 31st. It’s the 15th of June now and they still haven’t even shipped my order. Have tried all methods of contacting support and got no answer at all.

All sorted they got back to me with email and is all being sent my way thnx dxm direct.

I had a little bit of a problem at the beginning but fortunately they helped me get the information I needed and then they delivered on time. Pretty good service all around.

Never arrived, i emailed them multiple times, sent queries on the website and never got a response after writing a review they responded instantly and without hassle sent me a replacement package

Great products, fast and free domestic shipping, and top notch customer service. DXM Direct is the real deal.

First order went like it should, arrived within a month, there were issues with the second order but we solved it out and they even offered to ship twice the amount I ordered, waiting for my product now.
