Was in Braehead store, Kyle was absolutely fantastic with us. An issue was rectified very promptly. Staff in this store are so friendly and helpful. Any time I want jewellery or watch will be back to this store

My partner bought me a Gucci watch for a special birthday last year. By the time I got the present in December the watch was not working. It had to be returned to the shop & sent away for the battery to be replaced. This meant I was without my new watch for over 2 weeks. I got it back beginning of January and by April it had stopped again. I called Ernest Jones (Braehead) only to be told, it was fine, just bring watch back (60 mile round trip) & we’ll send it away AGAIN as the battery lasts between 4 months & 24 months & its just your luck (very different to what is quoted on Gucci website) i was not happy with this reply/attitude so asked to speak to a Manager. Kyle called me back the following day & would not allow me to go through my complaint. He constantly interrupted me/spoke over the top of me & put the phone down on me twice. As a customer, I have never came across such bad service. It was shocking!! I will NEVER buy from ERNEST JONES again and would not recommend anyone to do so. The after sale customer service is disgusting!!!! I now need to wait till Monday to call Customer Service…

During our in store experience, there was no way of being able to put the earrings to our ear due to not having the right applicator and it was as though this was a hassle to locate. The assistant was not helpful on assisting us or able to see the mark on the emerald due to her eyesight. No enthusiasm or alternatives offered to view. Lastly, to receive the discount in store we had to prove it by putting the item in our online basket this is not a customer friendly service especially when the item is not cheap! We then proceeded to get it online and after spending on excess of £500 we feel having to pay for the item to be wrapped is not great service!

We were looking to purchase an eternity ring for my wife and we went for a browse in the store at Braehead Glasgow. My wife was a bit unsure what style she wanted to complement her existing engagement and wedding rings. We spoke with Yvonne who was very friendly and showed my wife various rings to suit the style. Yvonne was excellent to deal with no pushy sales tactics and informed my wife what ring suited and why. The service was excellent woukd recommend

I wanted to purchase the perfect gift for my four children’s big birthdays and the service and advice I received was fantastic. I wish I had taken the girls name that assisted me, however all staff I interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly (Braehead, Glasgow). I have visited the store before and will continue to do so due to the customer care I received (and the beautiful jewellery) for ref 2 x diamond necklaces, diamond earrings and a titanium gents ring. The customer service from Samantha at Breahead Branch was outstanding, and helped when picking my wedding ring it was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Ernest Jones and especially from Samantha. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect wedding ring and kept in contact through email/ phoning while sending me options.I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. Would definitely recommend and especially for those future brides!

I was robbed whilst on holiday in Greece, of my gold bracelet.
My mum had bought in February for my 18th birthday.
Kyle was so pleasant and helpful also concerned that I was robbed.
Kyle spoke to the insurance and I had replacement bracelet back on my wrist within 20 minutes.
I am so glad I had the insurance.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of shopping in Ernest Jones at the Braehead Shopping Centre. Marion, the watch ambassador/sales associate was exceptionally polite, intelligent and extremely knowledgeable about the watches I was enquiring about. Needless to say I purchased a watch and I’m completely satisfied with my whole experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this store and the staff to anyone looking to purchase jewellery or watches. Thank you for making my whole experience so enjoyable.

Rude and disrespectful. I would not shop here again. I felt as though we weren’t welcome by staff. Branch was braehead in Scotland.
