EProvided successfully recovered my thumb drive. I mistakenly damaged the drive when my laptop fell to the floor. The thumb drive was in the laptop and it bent.

I was afraid I would lose all those years of data in the drive along with digital photos of my family and important documents I had saved through the years.

Fortunately, they were able to recover the data successfully. Customer Service was always very prompt and following up with me and letting me know the status of my issue. They are extremely professional and efficient.

Davor was the person in eProvided that demonstrated exceptional communications skills and professionalism. He followed up on the status of the issue and was patient with me explaining what was the issue with the drive. Thanks for all of your help!!!

I lost all of my school work in the middle of the final exam period and thought the world had ended. I called eProvided and they were able to save all of the data on my flash drive that I thought I was lose. They were diligent in communicating exactly what was happening while they had my flash drive in their possession and provided me with a number of recovery options.

Had to send eProvided a thumb drive that was run over by a car that would not work. They were able to retrieve the important documents off the drive quickly and at a reasonable rate. Our USB Data Drive with critical data was broken off completely. I tried to solder the contacts myself, but that didn't work (don't try this at home folks) I apparently fried the controller. What might have been a simple data recovery turned into something much more complex due to my petty over exuberance.

Thank God for eProvided.com, they really are a fantastic company to deal with every step of the way, from answering questions before we sent in our damaged USB Data Drive through the entire process. We were also very pleased with the updates available on their secure website, so we could follow along as our service progressed. We had to spend a little more than we otherwise would have if I had not attempted the repair myself, but it was well worth the additional cost. Regardless we have all of our data back on a new USB Data Drive (which we are making multiple copies of) and we're back in business.

Once you mail them your device, you can get an up to date status on the recovery of your device. Very good customer service. Overall, I was extremely satisfied we the recovery of my device.

Several of weeks ago I stayed up late at night doing some work on my laptop. I felt a little tired so I took a break from the laptop and decided to take a nap. I left the laptop with my usb flashdrive in it on the corner of my bed...awful idea! After I took a short nap I realized that I had knocked my laptop off the bed. My laptop landed on the side with the usb flash drive in it and my usb flash drive had broken into pieces! My laptop was fine but I was really concerned about my usb flashdrive bcse I had NEVER broken it before. I also had a lot of important docs and personal info on it. I basically thought I had lost a lot of my important personal info forever! I did NOT know where to turn so I decided to research the internet. I looked through several websites and narrowed my search to several companies, however I still wasn't sure which of these companies would be the one for the job. A lot of these companies promised to do great work, but I was a little skeptical. I have a personal friend who is good with computers and has his own computer consulting business so I decided to let him assist me in making my decision. Based on all the info provided he told me in his opinion the company to go with was with eProvided. Since he knows what he's talking about and I respect his opinion I agreed with him.
I then sent my damaged usb flashdrive to e-provided. When it arrived they let me know right away and then told me they would try the basic recovery process in order to fix it. That did NOT work so they gave me several options to fix it. At first the prices they mentioned I thought were outrageous, but when I took the time and looked on their website it did mention those same prices. However they decided to work with me and we found common ground and worked out a reasonable price for the repair. The communication process throughout was crystal clear for the most part and they always followed up with me throughtout every step of the repair process so we would be on the same page. If I had any questions they were very knowledgable professionals and answered all of them. I was very suprised at how quickly they recovered my data bcse I was expecting it to take much longer. I'm thankful that eProvided recovered my data and because they did I know they were the right company for the job!! If I ever have this problem again I know whom I will go to or recommend. However I hope I learned my lesson & be more careful in the future. Thank you eProvided on a job well done!

I had a flash drive that was damaged to a point I was sure there was no way I was going to get the information off of it. But to my (pleasant) surprise eProvided was able to retrieve all of the data in a timely and cost effective fashion. This may have saved my marriage as the information belonged to my wife and I removed it to make more room on the hard drive without backing it up anywhere else. Thank you for the excellent work in retrieving all the data lost on my thumb drive. My thumb drive was badly bent as a result of my laptop falling from the desk with the thumb drive engage. Two other sources were unable to retrieve any of the files. You had the means and capability to do a 100% successful recovery. Again, thank you. I am truly grateful.

I am an electronic musician and author- and any one in those fields today knows how vital data storage can be. And how devastating their loss can be. While moving my keyboard workstation, the plugged in 2GB Flash Drive was bent and refused to power up on the keyboard or a computer. I took it to a local computer shop, but of course they couldn't do anything about it. I found eProvided through a Google search and after comparing them to other companies, decided to send it in.

I was initially told that the basic recovery fee would be $49 plus the $20 shipping- unfortunately, I have not seen a single person so far have this work for them. They told me that I would need Advanced recovery. It ended up costing me about $200- very economical for an advanced data recovery! That is the base price for a lot of other data recovery service companies! If there was one thing that I would rather that they did; it would be to let you know that basic recovery is unlikely to work. $200 is nothing to cry over- other places would make that fix run into the $700+ no problem.

I was very impressed with the speed of their work! It only took a matter of hours for them to extract every single of my files- a complete success! Customer service was phenomenal; no talking to stupid computers at eProvided, you get to talk to real people.

Despite paying a little more than I had initially hoped to, I was pleased with their work. I would recommend them to any one else who loses files that they REALLY need. It was worth every dollar.

My memory card with the only photos I have of my children for a 2 year span became corrupted before I could save the data. I tried several downloadable software programs that promised to determine recovery, but none of them worked. I discovered eProvided and mailed my card to them. They were able to quickly determine the cause of the card's failure and successfully recovered all of the photos on my memory card. I am very grateful for their service.

I was taking pictures on my digital camera, when all of a sudden it said "Error reading memory card!" ... Wow.. the memory card & camera are less an a year old!
