The price of the three year subscription was reasonable and takes a load off my mind. Turned out the your customer rep and I had some interesting conversation as well. Again, in total a satisfying experience.

I bought McAfee computer protection today and had a terrible time getting it installed, I bothered the poor tech over and over and he was so patient. After trying three times I had to call him again and he did a remote session and got it installed. The tech was 56 and I can't begin to thank him enough for his help. I hope to be with McAfee for a long time, so I hope this is the beginning of a long relationship between us. Thanks again 56, you were wonderful!!!
